I hired Scientific Turf two years ago after I moved into my new home with fresh sod. Since then the lawn has gradually disintegrated. Scientific Turf never addressed issues such as disease as it was happening. They just continued mindlessly spraying my lawn and sent me a bill every month. No customized care or input was ever provided. I am a person that meticulously takes care of my home and lawn and have never had these issues with my lawns in Washington, Florida, and Ohio. This is the first company I’ve used that made my lawn worse. When I called to cancel they didn’t apologize or even sound concerned. They just took my final payment and said goodbye. Would not recommend. They provide cookie cutter service and don’t seem to care about your individual lawn’s care. Appears that they are a quantity over quality company.

Excellent customer service. Excellent work on our yard each month. Always on time and check with us to make sure the dog isn't in the backyard before they open the gate. Our yard is 100% improved because of this company. Highly recommend using them!!
