Christian from the Atlanta branch is our service technician and he recently replaced our backyard system when we had fence repair done. His work is extremely professional and efficient. Lchristian is very kind and shows his concern for our mosquito problem. Ever since he began spraying our property we have been able to enjoy our front and backyard spaces again! Truly life changing. We spent all summer avoiding our backyard and were so bummed! We will continue to use this service.

Tuxedo Mosquito is seriously the best. Small local company with excellent and fast customer service. Our tech, LeChristian, is so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable and really goes out of his way to address any issues we have. Unbelievable. I have been a prisoner because of the mosquitos every summer. I was very skeptical and put it off for years. But TM came out and after a few sprays I could enjoy the outdoors. Anfernee has been giving us great service and communication. thank you and so appreciate you all.

1 time spray didn't yield the results they expressed it would. The answer to this problem was to buy a treatment package. "No thanks", I'll take your word for but go a different route (company).

Had them come out for a 1 time spray. The tech was punctual and friendly. The treat was non effective. Got ate up by mosquitoes just as much as before the spray. Got better results spraying my expose body parts with over the counter mosquitos sprays. I let them know of this problem and their answer was to offer you a treatment package. I passed on the package, I've seen your work and was not satisfied. My friends used Mosquito Sheild and their 1vtime spray yield great results. I didn't use them because they couldn't service me in the time frame needed.

Mosquito control sprayed is ineffective. 3 hours after service, I am bit on ankles and lower legs.

Salim - I am sorry to hear this. We will be calling you this morning to discuss. The treatment does not provide an "instant" and can take up to 24 hours to take maximum effect. Regardless, if you are still seeing mosquitos after that time, our Satisfaction Guarantee of a complimentary retreatment is still an option. We will be in touch soon.
I signed up for mosquito control for the summer as a new customer. But I keep getting emails saying that I need to sign up. Then they showed up without warning. They left no indication when it was safe for dogs in the yard after treatment but they made sure to leave a big sign in my yard. I’m giving them one more try then will look for another.

The serviceman in March supposedly checked the tank but it never functioned for 4 1/2 months. When he returned to resupply the tank, he found we had plenty of moqsquito abatement formula but neither the tank nor the remote for it was functioning. He also damaged our garden hose and has said the remote didn't work with our unit though it had worked before. Yet, they continue to charge us for service and for abatement liquid. It's very frustrating.

With your system being one of our oldest units that lacks leak detection, sometimes these things can happen. David has discussed this issue with your husband and we believe we are back on track. If that's not the case, please do call the office at 678-498-4052. And, if you are ever interested in upgrading, the controller, we would love to discuss with you further. They were great last year, but not this year. We have had to do a retreat last month, and this month it didn't do anything. We were scheduled for a retreat Friday and they didn't show up. Called and no response. Swapped companies today.

I cannot compare against other services since this is the only one I used, but my biggest gripe is how they charged my credit card without proper authorization. We got it worked out, but it was absolutely not communicated in advance. Also, the system works in that there are less mosquitos - after tweaking a lot. But in my case, the claim that it eliminates them 100% is not true. It substantially reduced them - which is great in my opinion, and worth the expense. Otherwise my deck would be a buffet.

I was almost seriously, slam-on-the-brakes and honk the horn hoping the guy behind me was paying attention, sideways smashed into on the 75n/575 ramp because your driver was a crazy person. S/he swerved in and out of traffic all down 575n and drove completely irresponsibly. The dangerous, inept driving does not represent your company in a positive way.
