Excellent job! MosquitoNix Atlanta was extremely professional and provided a quality install. We are in the fall months now, not the high season for bugs, but I can honestly say it is making a difference. I am very pleased with this service.

MosquitoNix is very responsive, especially when we identify and issue. Our family is very susceptible to misquitos and their system significantly reduces these pests on our property. Erik is especially proficient, kind, and throrough when he visits the property to provide service.

DO NOT USE this service. I've been a customer for 5+ years. We stuck it out because we made such a large up front investment to have it installed - hoping it wouldn't be a complete waste. It doesn't work. They don't provide the service they tell you when they sell it to you, and the only time the system functions is when you call to complain and they send someone out.

Having trouble with getting information about my system not spraying. Asked for a service update and to have communicate what the issues seems to be as this is the 3rd time the system has not responded to the remote and the yard was overrun with mosquitos. The representative told me initially to go out and check the system out myself. I asked to have a manager call. He seemed to think the manager would not be interested in calling and sure enough…I have not received a call.

I called for an appointment to look into our Mosquito Nix System inherited with our home. Within 48 hours I had an appointment with Curtis Brantley, Jr. He was prompt, courteous, professional, efficient. There are not enough words to describe him. They went over our system and immediately found the problem which they quickly fixed. Then they went over the whole system to make sure everything was in working order. Curtis was very knowledgeable about the system and left me with tips on how to keep it in good working order. He also left me with his card to contact him directly if I had any questions. He left me feeling completely confident it will continue to run smoothly. The bottom line is....please get a mosquitonix and get Curtis to help you with it! Seriously, to people considering this system. It is amazing. We have a very large, damp backyard with a pool. It keeps the mosquitoes away. We also have 2 dogs and spend a lot of time outside with them. I never worry about the chemicals spraying and really barely notice if you happen to be outside when it sprays. It's so much nastier to have to spray junk all over you and you can't spray anything on the dogs. It is just so simple to fill up the tank and turn it on. And you have a remote you can press to have it spray instantly if you feel like it needs it.

Technicians come out and do absolutely nothing. I have a spraying system installed. Called because several spouts were clogged, stuck too deep into the ground and pointed towards my house. Tech came out, walked around and left. I didn’t even bother calling again. Changed companies.

Service tech jumped my 6' gate to unlock and open it while returning to spill his concentrated liquid on the street and driveway. He said "his bad". I pointed out the "beware of dog " sign he said nothing. I then pointed out that he was at the WRONG ADDRESS! I reached out multiple ways to no avail! There's a real opportunity to learn from your mistakes! I've called several times to speak to a manager to NO avail! Next step is calling the corporate office!

Tried to sell me nozzle heads for $30 a pop. Just the screw in head.

It was expensive to install the equipment. We signed up and paid for the service. I have an autoimmune disease and have been cautioned about infection. I couldn’t sit out in my yard. The mosquitoes were terrible. I’ve called & complained and they come back and treat again but after the expense, the warranty, the calls…. The repeated treatments….It didn’t work.

Promises agreements were made when we originated a business agreement with mosquito nicks. Unfortunately they have been unable to keep those prior promises and commitments. For that reason I am disappointed with mosquito mix and they’re in ability to send one person to the home monthly.

For the past two times they have been out, I haven't been at home. Their paperwork is on the door but that is it. I'm not saying they didn't spray but we honestly are fighting mosquitos left and right and can't even sit outdoors because of them. Last year we had a garden and they wouldn't spray in that area. This year, no garden. I don't believe the garden area is being sprayed. I have been very disappointed in their service this year.

I moved in to a new house that was built in an area of new construction in a heavily forested location. We were having lots of issues with mosquitos and I decided to start using Mosquitonix based on the recommendations of a friend. The first service was scheduled for the morning between 9 and 12 (or so I was told). No one showed up by 12 and when I called in they said the service tech would be there some time during the day. Eventually they were able to promise me a 3 pm service time because I needed to leave the house after having been tied up waiting most of the day. The first service was fine but the next day I had guests over and multiple people were bitten by mosquitos. They came out and did a re-treat and that seemed to fix the issue. The next scheduled service the guy that came out just fogged and did not lay down granules or treat areas of standing water (which are services I was paying a higher rate for). I left feedback with the company and never got a response. Today the service tech came out and spent a whopping one minute and twenty seconds servicing my yard. Half that time was spent walking from the front of the house to the back. He did not lay down granules or treat standing water. $70 for that much time is a pretty phenomenal hourly rate, I think I’m in the wrong business. I called mosquitonix immediately and told them I wanted to cancel my service and not be charged. They of course charged my card even after telling me they wouldn’t. There are too many other mosquito control companies out there to waste your money with this company. I have cameras covering my back and front yard so I was able to see the amount of effort put in for $70. I’ll be happy to send the recordings your way Mosquitonix.

I specifically told them my bees were my first & foremost concern. They assured me they would never use any products on my yard that were toxic to my bees. They stated they had products they use for bee keepers. They used Talstar on my yard today & LIED TO MY FACE stating it was safe for bees! Google it! It kills all bees! What a lie! What a terrible company! I keep finding all my bees dead.
