I’m really disappointed that my yard was sprayed without my consent. I had to ask the man spraying to stop and then he realized he was spraying the wrong yard. It’s really important to me to keep my property chemical free as I’m a gardener and care about the pollinators. The customer service rep said it doesn’t harm anything larger than a mosquito but all of the ladybugs in the front area are now dead.

Our technician, Nacip, Is wonderful. He really pays attention to detail, is polite, friendly and very helpful if there is something I don’t understand about my system. He truly doesn’t excellent job when he is at my home. I highly recommend Mr Mister Mosquito Control. The company is very responsive and quick to service any of the needs that might arise in my mosquito system.

Danielle did a fantastic job of servicing my yard for mosquito control. My lot is quite large, and she was extremely thorough in covering all areas. Her courteous and helpful demeanor was also noteworthy and much appreciated. She is an excellent representative of the company!!!

First off, I want to say the two young men that serviced my yard were awesome. I offered them cold drinks and we talked for a while about the mosquitos on my porch. The 1 star comes from the brief encounter I had on the phone with their manager, Keshawn (I believe that’s how it’s spelt) His tone was very rude and condescending. I will be contacting whoever is above him. I hate to leave 1 star but his mannerisms truly turned me away from this business.

I appreciate your highly professional, friendly service AND the fact that you made it to my backyard without extra guidance - it's especially tricky to get to as I have the end unit of a large string of connected townhomes - and you have to start on the OTHER end to get to mine - and the gate to go through isn't very clear, etc. Good job! _________ Thank you, Danny (Danielle), for your friendly service and thorough work today (9.15.25) in treating my yard and surrounding woods. Alexander and the rest of the staff I've dealt with have been GREAT and they have - miraculously - gotten the mosquitoes out of my back yard ... I live next to a wooded area with standing water and before Mr. Mister started treating the area, I literally could not walk out into my back yard with any skin showing or I would get attacked. Now, I'm out there in shorts ... THANKS, Mr. Mister!

Chae spent the most time on my property and walked the property with me, sprayed areas other techs missed.

SCAMMERS^^^ do not guarantee or stand behind treatments actually working, probably because they don’t. I would not recommend this company. Their mosquito treatments never worked, and every time I raised concerns, they blamed the rain. They advertise a guarantee, but when I asked for a refund after multiple failed treatments, I was told the “guarantee” only covered the first spray, which they claimed was free. This felt very misleading and left me out hundreds of dollars with no results. In my experience, they do not stand behind their word or their service. To ad insult to injury they put a yard sign without my consent

I am not satisfied with the latest service as it was begining to rain when the person was spraying. What was the purpose of spraying if the rain washed it all away? I would like to have a respray when the weather is clear enough to allow the spray to be absorbed. I do a lot of work outside and do not want to worry about citronella insence and bug spray on my body every time I go out. I had mentioned several times, to other professionals, the spots that needed the most attention but since no one spoke to me, they were missed. I want some sort of incentive to keep using your service and a guarantee that this will be resolved.

Michaela did not close the gate to our backyard, left it open and when we let the dogs out after she had left. All three dogs got out, roaming around the neighborhood and spent and hour chasing them to get them back in the house. Attention to detail is a must when entering other peoples property to ensure safety and leaving it the way you found it.

I did not get a text prior the tech’s arrival. We have two (120 pounds each) dogs. Fortunately, I was home and heard the dogs barking, got them inside before the tech went into the back yard. The tech might have called, but I don’t answer unknown callers. The tech knocked at the front door but did not (to my knowledge) ring the doorbell camera (which would have alerted me).

I'm beyond disappointed. My wife is beyond pissed off! I have security cameras and my wife was home during the service (if you want to call it that. The service provided was a total rip off! Prices went up and the service was less than five minutes not covering our property. My wife heard the sprayer for approximately 3 minutes!

I tried with Mr Mister but they were just unable to communicate. I switch from another mosquito company since Mr Mister advertised a lower price. I have several dogs that have access to our backyard through a doggie door. When signing up for mosquito treatment I asked them to let me know when you are on their way so I can get our dogs in the house. Every treatment they would just show up. Half the time we were not home and our backyard wasn’t treated. I would call every time and again say, “Can you please give me a 30 minute heads up when the technician is on their way to put my dogs up?” Mr Mister would always say, “Of course, next time the tech will notify you.” They never did. The last straw was when the tech arrived for our 5th treatment of the season. I was fortunately home and locked the dogs in the house, only to see the tech begin spraying our neighbors yard. I walk out to ask him if he was doing our yard next? He said, “Yes.” I thought our neighbors must have signed up for mosquito treatment too. Well when he was done he left without treating my yard. Then I received an email with an invoice of the completed treatment with a photo of my neighbor’s house. When I called to let Mr Mister sprayed the wrong house they apologized and said he would come back and do our house tomorrow. I asked, “Can you have the tech call or text me when they’re 30 minutes out?” “Sure. No problem” they said. The next day he came without giving me a call or text and just did my front and side yard. Never even went into the backyard. I cancelled my service that day.

Not what it used to be. Their service quality has always been inconsistent and steadily declining. The treatment service never eliminates mosquitos completely. We get mosquito bites during the peak summer months within minutes of being outside, merely days after treatment. Their tech recently sprayed on our baby’s outdoor blanket without so much as knocking on our door to check with us. We didn’t have time to take in the blanket because their tech gave us a 4 minute notice prior to arrival. We don’t feel comfortable using the blanket anymore (even after washing) since it’s for our baby. They didn’t offer to replace the blanket, and refused my request to refund the impacted service. Not a company that stands behind their service.

Wasn't happy with the treatment, we still received tons of mosquitos after treatments. After looking at our cameras, the technicians didn't treat our backyard. Called for a retreat and they wouldn't b/c we were outside the 21-day retreat window and had a balance on the account of the one-time payment as we thought there was a card on file. There are many companies out there, and we will try with someone else. The person I spoke to wasn't willing to keep us as customers and provide a courtesy retreat. I will move our whole neighborhood to a different company.
