Specter came out super fast when we suddenly had wasps inside our house! They answered their phones after normal hours when the other companies were going to voicemail. Devon arrived first thing the next morning and was polite and knowledgeable. Did a great job of addressing the urgent matter and also starting a new preventive service. Very happy with his service!

Great service! My technician, Christian, made the whole thing very easy. He was quick, professional, and I would recommend anyone looking for this service to ask for him specifically.
Christian Hill was amazing . He went above and beyond and made everything so easy and stress-free.
This company is very speedy and offers to come out the same day you call! They also have services to sign up for where they come to treat your house every quarter for a steal! The Technician Brandon was really accurate with his inspection and detailed on the next steps needed to take!

Rory did amazing! He explained thoroughly and went over everything very impressed the service and expertise definitely recommend! Had to change my review the technician was great but product that specter uses is not good. I had an ant issue and its only gotten worse after treatment. The infestation has gotten way worse after the treatment. Very unfortunate but not gonna continue business here! I have kids and ants are investing kitchen food walls used cooks pest control and never had this issue after they came out for treatment probably will be going back to them.

Used them for months and their spray is basically sugar water did absolutely nothing very unhappy with the amount I paid for basically nothing

This company is a scam just to get money!! First off got serviced beginning in January for gnats and still have gnats!!! Since their stuff did not work I canceled future services and got charged $200!!!! What type of business that charge you money to cancel their services??

Wife set it up and they got one over on her. Use a different company. Locked in for a year of crappy service. They wait till the last minute to schedule with you. Any company would be better than this one.

we request a bed bug treatment on December 10, the house is an airbnb and was occupied just yesterday and the new guest find bed bugs again! called the company and they told me that there in not warranty on it because the month already past. that mean treatment didn’t work at all. please don’t use them.

Don’t waste your time. They never showed despite calling multiple times to ask for an eta. The original time was 8:15-10:15, no show, no updates, now 2pm, waited around all day. They seem to have organizational problems about just showing up. I can’t imagine hiring them for long-term service.
