DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Scheduled a service with this horrible place they would like to call a company on yesterday 3/13/2026 for 3/14/2026. I scheduled for 8am- 10 am. I called the morning of as I did schedule at the last minute, and the representative stated they have me down and my tech would be here between 8am and 10 am. 10 am comes around and I haven’t heard anything. I recommend choosing a different company. Beyond basic termite prevention (which can be handled independently with inexpensive products), our experience with this branch has been extremely disappointing. We hired them for rodent exclusion services, which required a $9,000 upfront setup fee plus an ongoing annual service fee, with the understanding that this included a warranty and return visits if squirrel activity continued. Unfortunately, we have had to contact them multiple times for a persi
