Very friendly customer service but subpar pest control experience. Connected with the company because they are the pest management company for my HOA. They came in and placed traps and checked in weekly for three weeks. After the service was complete there was a pest found in my unit and they said they could come in for the same price ($350) to do the same service of traps. They mentioned they had closed some holes in my unit but there were still entry points that I found later on and closed myself (underneath sink for example). Friendly people but not happy with the quality of service and missed entry points for the amount I paid and then giving the same price again when the pest control was not complete.

I had a fantastic experience with Pest USA! Gerard serviced my commercial building and did a thorough job explaining the procedure and the preparation needed. He was very communicative, providing up-to-date alerts about his arrival on the day of service, which I truly appreciated. Within a month, my pest problem was completely gone! I was referred to Pest USA by a young man named Elliot, and I’m so glad I chose this company. They are professional, efficient, and reliable. I’m pleased with their service and will definitely continue using them in the future. Highly recommend!
