I was dealing with rodents in my attic and had no clue of how they were getting in. My roof was not even a year old and rodents would constantly get into the attic. I reached out to Jorge and he came by and gave his expertise on what he saw, we allowed him to fix the problem and my wife and I haven't heard any Critters walking in the attic since. He was very professional and friendly and talking to him on the phone almost felt like I knew him for quite a while. I definitely recommend Jorge with Critter sheild.

We had a hole chewed through our sheetrock in one of our bedrooms. I called one exterminator and they could come out for 4 days. I was terrified this animal was all ready in my home. I frantically called Critter Shield and Jorge answered and he said he would be right out. He arrived within 2 hours, assessed the situation, installed a critter escape door and sealed up the hole. Great news, no more pests, home has been secured & Critter Shield saved the day. Highly recommended!

Working with Jorge at Critter Shield has been fantastic. We had squirrels in our attic and it driving us crazy. Critter Shield got them out , then sealed up all openings to keep them out. They are highly professional and worked hard to get the job done. And their price is very competitive. I highly recommend them!

I've had nothing but problems with these people. I've tried emails phone messages nobody returns my calls. I still have rats. Do not use these people.

Very responsive and thorough. Critter Shield quoted me at about 60% of larger companies and they did a great job. I recommend them without reservation.

If you see this company on Groupon, do not purchase it until you confirm the starting address for Critter Shield that will be used to calculate the distance. The Groupon is only valid within 10 miles so you MUST have an exact address to calculate the distance. My address was 14 miles. At first, they were willing to provide the service until they found out that I only wanted the Rodent Trapping and Removal Service for $129 on Groupon. With this service. per Groupon " A specialists inspects the entry point, places traps, and checks the home two to three times per week for up to two weeks". They were willing to come out and perform a one time service until I told them that I wasn't interest in the more expensive treatment plan. I couldn't get a refund so he told me that I should give it to a friend. Oddly enough, I was making the purchase for a friend but I don't have another friend within 10 miles of their address (or any distance) that has a rodent issue. Needless to say, it was a waste of $129.

I recommend this company to anyone! they are quick, professional, and most important, completely honest. Omar came out to my home and did an excellent job providing their wild life service and my family and I could not be any happier with he work that he did. He is very professional and respectful. I will also be using them to clean the gutters and pressure wash my house in the near future.

We recently became aware that we had rats in the house - We first called Allgood, since we already used them for pest control. They sent someone out immediately - but then told us it would be a month before they could start the process. This was totally unacceptable since they were actually getting I the living area. We then found Critter Shield - Jorge came out the same day - gave us a price and his crew came out the next morning - they spent a day and half sealing up the house - did an awesome job. Then they set the traps - after 2 weeks, we are rat free! YEAH~ The Critter Shield Staff are professional, efficient and friendly - and they are my heros! Thanks Jorge! Could not recommend them more - these guys are who you want to call if you have visitors in your home!

This company was recommended to us by our regular pest service when we had squirrels take up residence in our attic. They did a great job of repairing and reinforcing the areas where the squirrels had gotten into the house and ridding us of our pests.

I was on my way out of town, but the squirrels had already damaged my roof and I didn’t want to delay the work. Jorge kindly coordinated schedules with a key-holding family member, installed traps and a one-way door, and even sent me pictures of his progress. Over the next several weeks, he came back to check the traps, and even replaced damaged shingles. The folks at Critter Shield are complete professionals whose conscientious effort gifted me a squirrel-free attic and total peace of mind.

Old house.. critters find new ways in! Jorge and Rolando do terrific work. Trap and remove the animals. Exclude them from the house from the new ways they create to get in. Very reasonable prices. Stand behind their work. Very workmanlike and attractive results. I'll use them again and again.

We couldn't have asked for a better company. We called in a panic when we discovered multiple baby birds in our chimney. Jorge came right over on a Saturday afternoon and was patient, kind, and thorough. He did a full investigation and presented us with our various options, patiently walking us through the choices. He respected our wishes to avoid harming the animals as best as possible and was overall very kind. Had a great experience with Critter Shield, Jorge, and his team. They resolved our problem in 3 days of work and also fixed a few additional items that weren't on the work order. There was a slight delay due to weather that pushed the start date back a day, but Jorge remained in contact the entire time. I highly recommend his services.

Jorge and his team did a fantastic job finding the entry points in our attic and crawl space and blocking them up. He explained exactly what he had to do, he did it, and then showed me what he did. Haven't heard or seen evidence of any critters in weeks.

I found this company to be very dependable, honest, and reasonably priced. They (Jorge) always kept me "in the loop" insofar as the evolving scope of work necessary to to address my squirrel problem. They also did a great job of communicating their estimated arrival times on both visits. For any unforseen future problems, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Jorge was professional and knowledgeable. I had several points of entry and went with a full exclusion as well as gutter guards. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond on some other small jobs. Would recommend highly.

After returning from my Thanksgiving vacation, I started hearing crawling and scratching noises in my attic. It turned out that several squirrels have made a hole in my soffit and made a nest in my attic. I called several companies and they are came back with ridiculous quotes. With the Christmas holiday coming, I am not in the position to spend a lot of money. Lastly, I googled and randomly chose Critter Shield and asked them to come out and give me a quote. Jorge and his crew came on time as promised. Before I pulled into my driveway, they were already on the roof inspected the damage from the squirrel. My first impression of Jorge was that he was a straight shooter. He thorough explained that getting rid of squirrel is a process and I don't have to do all those work as quoted by other companies. He reasonably suggested to take it one step at a time and gave me a very fair price. They went right to work on the spot. After they were done, I can tell the workmanship was fantastic. They were very attentive to details. Before they left, Jorge explain what possible things may happen in the next three to five day. That same night, I saw three squirrels desparately trying to get back into the attic after the leave thru the one-way gate they installed. I thought to myself that this is working. After three hours later, I decided to check on the gate and to my surprise, those darn squirrels create a new hole and crawl right back into the attic. Did not know squirrels can be so persistent. So I texted Jorge right away and he responded immediately with a text that he will be there tomorrow. Sure enough, Jorge and his crew came and replaced the wood soffit with a quality sheet metal at no additional cost. They even painted it so I can't even tell the different. He used only quality material and workmanship is fantastic. Again, Jorge took the time to explain everything is he doing. Bottom line, these guys are fantastic, great price, trustworthy, and do excellent work. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will definitely refer him to my entire neighborhood. I know they will be having the same squirrel problems when the weather gets colder.
