I have NEVER in my life dealt with such a rude human being on the other side of a phone for a business IN MY LIFE. I called to see if I could extend my current service (which they raised regularly approximately $5 about every 6 months). I got a woman on the phone who put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and said, I’m calling back because you hung on me. The next thing out of their mouth is, “well it wasn’t me! I just got here from a doctors appointment so you have me confused! It wasn’t me.” I said it was your business, but since you’re so rude cancel my service right now. All I got was constant rudeness to the point where I almost lost it with this woman. The constant put on holds. Trying to get a service change and they constantly sending me to a phone service who has to take my information so someone else can reach 90% of the time I call them. Not to mention the inconsistencies in what the men say when they come to service (1 won’t go into the attic if it’s hot but will service my deck. Another will go in the attic but will but has been told they do not service attached structures to my building. Yes the same deck the other person’s service. I am done! With the amount they have increased their price, you’d think they would get better help answering their phones and get their service whole on the same page of what their company’s policies are. Over it!

We appreciate the flexibility with our schedules and the excellent service that Sandra #385 provides. She is always friendly, courteous, and detail-oriented. She does a great job.

I have used Alexander for over 30 years. They are reliable, professional, and courteous. Their technicians have all been wonderful. Andy is my current technician. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. He’s great!

We love Sandra with Alexander Pest Control. She has been servicing our house for years. She is always thorough and on time. She is very personable and polite!

We enjoy working with Sandra to take care of our house. If I see something and take a picture, she will take care of it or explain why it's nothing to worry about. Sandra is always pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

Honest review, they get lazy after you’ve had your service for a while. They do an “exterior spray” when they routinely come out, and are gone in less than 5 minutes. Don’t even knock and ask if there are any concerns or questions, just comes silently sprays for 5 minutes then leaves a note on the door. Cancelled my mom’s membership as they were taking advantage of her, as she still had insects in her home. Even if it gets better you need to be consistent in the pest control measures you take, considering the membership costs stays the same. Maybe I had a bad apple technician but please do better!

We have been using Alexander Pest Control since we moved into this home 15 years ago. Jamie is our technician and is FABULOUS! Most importantly he makes sure we have no pests, but also is always so nice and pleasant. Thanks Jamie!!

I cannot say enough good things about Alexander Termite and Pest Control Co!!! I highly recommend their services and have used them as my exterminators for many years!! Exterination services are provided by Sandra and she is phenomenal!!! She is customer-focused and treats the inside and outside of my house. I have 3 cats and she uses pet friendly treatments to kill all bugs. Sandra is a great listener and is always prompt for appointments. She provides excellent service, always with a smile. Also, it is very easy to schedule and/ or re-schedule service. Beverly answers many calls and is very courteous and friendly when I have any questions about billing.

I have used Alexander Pest for many, many years, and as long as I can remember Sandra has been our technician. She is wonderful...shows up on time and is extremely knowledgeable. She has become part of our family! Highly recommend her.

I want to provide feedback on my experience with Alexander Termite & Pest control. We were going to discontinue using this company, due to a past very difficult employee. However, since Andy Edwards started in 2024, we have been so satisfied!!! We had a recent issue with a rodent, due to construction and tree removal. I contacted Alexander and although Andy had a hectic schedule, he was able to accommodate us that same evening. Andy understood I was terrified and he reassured me he could help. Andy is extremely knowledgeable! He gave a thorough investigation of all potential areas of entry. He took photos, so he could explain exactly how he was going rectify the situation. Our home is 60+ years old and he suggested a repair that could help. In addition, he was able to determine the exact place it entered, twice, and sealed the area. He even text and checked on us the next day and a week later. I’ve not had this type of service provide follow up! Andy is dedicated, professional, determined, kind and provides the same initiative with elimination of insects. Andy provides the best service and has renewed our confidence in this company! We will continue as long as Andy handles our account. So grateful for Andy, what an amazing employee!!! Thank you, Kimberly

Sandra is the best! We've worked with her for many years. She is always professional and clearly communicates with us. We have a lot of confidence in her expertise in taking care of our home.

Have had them for years. Good and always responsive

It was not so friendly. We have what our rep came out to "inspect" and tell me they were just ants. Then, they were called "Swarmers." They have burrowed channels through 7 of my windows, structural damage, damage to my siding. Pests going in and out, termites and pest in my house.. have paid for decades. denied coverage, the rep said. "These are not Termites, they are Swarmers." Maybe a new guy, or is this how they really conduct business? No help. "Just get some killer and tape up the holes."

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at all to anybody. They have screwed me over and are trying to finesse money from me. It’s quite pathetic and sad that they want to vaguely explain things. I spoke with a lady last week and was never told that me cancelling my service that I would be charged $90. I call again today because my card was charged and the same lady wants to lie and say she informed when she didn’t. I specially asked her when I cancelled my service would I be charged and I was told no. This company is horrible when it comes to customer service I will never come back again. I will be sure that my mom’s business stops using this company as well.

I was a customer for 17 years and never had a problem with having their technicians in our home until the last visit. I always escorted them around but didn't do that last time due to my comfort with them and after the visit, discovered my mom's watch (Rolex) missing. At our request, their manager reviewed the issue and interviewed their technician (who had been employed for 3 months) and took his word that he didn't have anything to do with it. A police report was also filed and we canceled our service due to the lack of followup and concern. Don’t believe the fake reviews that ask people to write. They don’t value long-term customers or make sure they hire trustworthy people to be in your home alone.

VERY suspicious, sketchy business. They need to be investigated. After reading some of the negative reviews, I'm astonished that these people haven't been investigated by police. Site has dead links, most reviews seem fake. Something is going on here, and it is not good.

Horrible service !!! Spray my house for bees , they ruin my siding and they say they are not responsible for it and my siding is only 3 yrs old.Do not recommend them at all! !!!!!

We had an ant problem that wasn't resolved by Alexandre pest control. We then bought some ant traps and caulked the areas the ants were coming from and that took care of the problem. I just called Alexander Pest Control to cancel my next visit but was told that I had signed a contract for a year (which I was not aware of ) and that I still would have to pay for the service! Tacky!!!

Horrible service. Stay away.

Worse service ever. Their product never works. Be aware of the contract. They make you sign a year contract and say you can cancel it anytime if you are not satisfied. They provide horrible service with very bad product so they can keep coming back and make money. If you decide to cancel the service, that's when they will talk about the contract and cancellation fees.
