Extremely unethical and misleading business practices I contacted Terminix for a one-time extermination service only. At no point did I agree to, authorize, or consent to any monthly or recurring subscription. A month later, a technician named Will showed up at my front door unannounced and began spraying my property. I immediately told him to stop and informed him I never agreed to ongoing service. They will try to get you to sign a contract that is by design as confusing as can be. Their own salesmen can't adequately explain it. They're great at taking your money but just understand you will never be able to get a hold of a human being working for this company. You can get a hold of people in the Philippines call center after waiting on hold for 50 minutes who will tell you what you want to hear but do nothing at all. Over the last year, I have asked on three occasions for the tech to call and schedule an appt before showing up at my home. All three visits unannounced. The third visit was by Jacob Angel. In the report he stated homeowner did not want Terminix at the home without prior contact or being home. He came on out and took pictures without notifying us, but stated he did nothing because he was not even supposed to be there. Why even come? I had to call to have another tech come out here just to get th
