Being a new home owner brings a lot of excitement and also a big learning curve. After our first 3 months, we discovered we weren’t the only ones trying to settle in! Lots of scratching and gnawing noises started happening every few days in one section of our home. Time to call in the critter pros ;) That’s when I turned to the awesome folks at Coastal Wildlife. From the start, I received expert insight and straight talk about the wildlife and pests that are part of the North FL living experience. They came up with a plan and we started discovery via camera monitoring and treatment work. So far, visits from both Carson and Josh have been timely, thorough, and comforting in not only what they do but how they do it. I’m today’s visit, Josh did a detailed inspection of the attic and exterior of my home and identified clear evidence of the pest culprits. Now we have our game plan in place. Excited to progress and have more peace of mind! A year later and no more critters noises. The team has been responsive to requests and questions. Today, they pulled a naughty out of one of my snake boxes. Seems they want to get away from the nearby construction noise. I can’t blame them, but would prefer for them to go towards the marsh to make their new home ;)

Our service technician Joel was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We had an unpleasant odor coming from one of our vents, and Joel came within hours of our call and went above and beyond to locate where the smell came from. He was very thorough and spent time inspecting our room and house to make sure that there were no entry points for any more rodents. I will be switching from my current pest control company to Coastal Wildlife & Pest Services!

We had a snake in our yard today and Tony came out quickly to help us. He was super professional, knowledgeable, and really put us at ease. He safely caught the snake and made sure to check around the area to make sure there weren’t any others nearby. He also gave us great tips on how to prevent future visits from snakes. Highly recommend Tony if you ever find yourself in the same situation!

I signed up for this service. It was $295 for the first visit and then $69 each month for a full one year. I was promised a visit the next day from 9:00 to 11:00. No one showed up so I called the office at at 11:15 and was told it would be another hour. Josh showed up and apologized. The initial salesman told me he would try to trap the moles. Josh spent 15 minutes at my property and put down some poison. I did expect that he would do more. He did indicate that he would come back in 2 weeks so we'll see how that goes. He was apologetic about missing his appointment time. But I did expect a little more from that first appointment based on my consultation with the salesman.
