Ellen Wilcox the commercial evaluator was driving a company truck walks into our store (literally have a no soliciting sign up) is rude and ask for the manager or owner, gives me a weird look when I say neither are here but I can take a message, then ask for the owners # and then ask what is the name of the establishment she’s in and was rude?? We used Nader’s since 2014. They were excellent for a year then they went downhill. Make a long story short, the past 2 years have been mediocre in quality & professionalism. Avoid scam artists!!! Contracted them originally for house bug control/prevention, seemed fine, bought into their termite bond (which other companies will tell you is a scam) then was offered 'fire ant service', when asked how much was told $50, assumed this was per quarter (just like their other service) ended up being per month.
