Bug Out

BEWARE CONSUMERS! We HAD Bug Out for our lawn service. We have over an acre of property, and we require Bug Out, or the like, to prevent weeds in our grass and keep out the bug infestation. Despite watering our grass regularly with a comprehensive irrigation system (our water bill is in excess of $600/month in the summer months), a large portion of our front grass died. I rented a home here in fruit cove last July and hired bug out for services. No problems until Doug comes over and he tells me he's having some guys come do some work, the same bug guy will still come. No need to worry about anything. Then he tries to talk to me about leaking in the garage when I said....oh, we're renting this house and moving out next month so we wouldn't put any money in this house. Integrity.............Recently sold our home in St. John's (500k+) and the buyers secured a VA loan. Buyers had two inspectors.....one from Bug Out. We left the house for inspection which was to take 3 hours. We came back after 3.5 hours expecting the inspection to be completed.
