Great servie

Tony does my pest control. I get plenty of notice to unlock the gates. When the walls and outside lights get full of bugs he cleans them away after he sprays. Highly recommend

Have been trying to get owner Dean to call me going on 2 years. Call leave messages with Office spoke with Justin almost killed my lawn after sending Pics & Information to Justin he apologized they had a Tech that didn’t know what they were doing and told me to water lawn everyday in which I did for 14 days straight & cancelled the service. DEAN CALL ME!!!

I’m so upset that my yard was sprayed with something that turned my dog green They should ask the clients if they would want that because I would have said no. I gave my dog a bath but it will not come out. Totally annoyed

We had the same experience as the one star review below. Our lawn was in worse shape after we started using Aloha. We had to constantly call and wait for someone to call us back only to give the excuse that it will take a few weeks. We stayed with them for a year listening to their excuses. Definitely got bamboozled. Do not recommend.

I was switched to Aloha due to the owner of the previous company I was using going in retirement. My lawn was always one of the best in my neighborhood and since Aloha started working on it has gradually deteriorating until the point I get letters from HOA stating I need to take action on my front lawn. About 5 months ago finally one of the Aloha employees found chinch bugs and started spraying the needed products but unfortunately half of my back lawn is gone for good. The main issue I have is that after calling them a bunch of times, always a new employee is sent and they always tell me they are working on it. The last employee sent mentioned they are using now new products that should be more effective. After one week they did the last spray that was one week or so before Hurricane Ian and unfortunately I don't see any weed reduction whatsoever. I have done everything they have recommended like check my sprinkler system, increase the irrigation time, lower the irrigation times, added top soil in some areas to improve the chance of grass growing back . I want to clarify that every time I call them they respond and they always send an employee but I'm looking for results which unfortunate I'm not seeing. I understand how devastating chinch bugs can be but that's why I pay for this service so more than just come every 6 weeks for spraying the products, the employees should keep an eye on what's going on and take the proper measures to avoid getting to this point.

Then why did you charge me for 2 months?

I came home from a work assignment to find the back slope of my yard overgrown. This area was cut when I started service and the property was marked. The part they actually maintained was done well , but they missed the back slope which was about 1/3 of the entire yard.

My daughter was at a red light on Las Calinas Blvd in St Augustine where a driver in one of your trucks kept staring her down t a stop light. She’s 16! Each time e I’ll try to inch forward one of the Aloha Employees would block her from seeing left even though he was on the left at a red light and could not turn anyway. He was trying to intimidate her! This was dangerous! Unprofessional

So disappointed ☹️.We were sure we had hired the best.Had their service for 6 months while we were away.Came home and spent 2 long days cleaning up the mess left.Looking for a reliable service.

Unfortunately and unbelievably horrible experience with the lawn and yard care team. Have been calling Dean for 3 weeks begging him to come look at what they are not doing as it has caused grief and sadness in our home. He has yet to step up and visit us personally. We pay for the Paradise package but actually only get a pair of dice that do not work well. After waiting several weeks for him to show up, we have no choice but to post this review with hopes and prayers that Dean Pacetti will step up and do the right thing. We will see. Here are pictures from today 3/3/2019, tall grass, leaves everywhere, we pay $200 per month for the pair of dice.: It is now 5/24 and Aloha told Ken Amarro on 1st Coast News that they opted out of our agreement for Aloha to take care of our lawn on May 1. He also was told that I refused the refund. To be clear, I stated I would prefer them to do their job rather than refund all the money I had paid them as they were supposed to take care of our lawn as our family is currently battling cancer. After asking Dean to personally come and see what they were not doing for over 4 months, they decided to quit and he never showed up. Note to Dean: Yes, please submit the refund due to your companies inability to do your job and your unwillingness to show care for your customers and overall failure to have done your job.

Classic bait and switch We are new to the Palencia area and were approached by Dean regarding our gardening needs (he used to maintain the property). His crew was down the street and they jumped right in and mowed the lawns and cut the overgrown shrubs. We discussed the longterm garden plans and he was very workable. We gladly signed the contract and followed up with a check for the first month. That was the last we saw of the gardners.
