I had the displeasure of running into this guy while at Publix. While I’ve never used their service, them leaving carts behind people’s cars and yelling slurs at me (a pedestrian in a parking lot) will make sure I never do. In front of his partner and child no less. Buyer beware 🙃

Our experience was fantastic from the start to finish. From Annette who answered the phone and scheduled the service to Andrew the tech who came to the house. Annette is very professional and helpful. I wasn't home when Andrew came to our house to perform the service (4 occasions), my wife was. My wife is from another country and very shy and uncomfortable when dealing with people she hasn't met. My wife said Andrew was AWESOME, very professional and cordial and made her feel at ease. If you have pest control issues I can't say enough good things about Taylor'd Pest Services!! If you need pest control help you MUST call Taylor'd!!!! No button for 1 million stars.

The customer service is great. From scheduling the appointment to the inspection, consultation and treatment, they all went out of their way to explain things and answer all of my many many questions of the best way to deal with my drywood termite issues

Service was great I saw a immediate improvement! My tech was very friendly and clean he did not leave footprints in the house and he did not smell like cigarettes which is always a concern when I have somebody from the outside coming in my home 10/10!

Wonderful! After searching for anyone who would help us with the rat problem, and other pests, it is bliss to have nice, hard working, honest, caring people helping us solve this problem at an affordable price. Other companies were way out of our range cost wise. These guys are really nice, hard working people. It is such a relief to leave our problems in the hands of capable, caring people. I am very thankful to have found them.

My dog got sick after the house was sprayed. Hair started falling out. Had to take him to the vet. Would have been great to have been told it my be harmful to pets.

Very Pricey! For no Service. No call No show! Not once multiple times. We paid 12 months upfront for service and still pay a regular monthly bill. Suppose to show up 2 times a month its hard getting them to show up 1 time. 4 months so far and only 2 rats 🐀 down with multiple being born daily. So you tell me how anyone would feel. Can't go in your garage cause rats and mice chase you out.its Sad and Ridiculous. Just please come do what you promised us and stop breaching contract. I hate to do this and give a review like this but not showing up this past Monday was the last straw cause we really need service and yell now that.
