Bug Mechanix was just what we needed. We had been struggling with a German roach infestation that followed us after moving. We had tried everything to get rid of them on our own. After 3 treatments over 3 months, the roaches were eliminated. Joe did a great job of inspecting our place and providing recommendations for treatment. We have such a better peace of mind now that they eliminated the problem. They have great customer service as well.

Great personable service. Really awesme father and son company who are very knowledgeable and responsive. They helped us with all of our pest problems around the perimeter of the house and our fire ant problem. 10/10 would recommend.

Joe recently came to my home to take care of a rat problem. They had chewed into a gap in my foundation and had access to my framing. Joe offered some quick advice about methods for deterring them from entering the house, and followed up with me several times. Afterwards, he sealed and rat-proofed the opening, and another potential entry point. Joe was very helpful, responsive, and honest. I highly recommend his services!

If you are looking for a straight forward approach to Bug Control for your home, Joe and Bug Mechanix is the real deal. We used him not too long ago as we had a lot of ants in our kitchen. Our regular pest control company scratched their heads and Bug Mechanix took care of the problem in 20 minutes and came back 2 days later to make sure it still good. Had a complaint, made it public, owner responded and apologized. Then I got another door tag 2 months later. Doesn't seem to take accountability very seriously. I have no experience in their quality of products or services.

We did not ring your bell because that is what we practice. If the door hanger was a sign of disrespect then I will apologize for the inconvenience. It would have been respectful of you to reach out to me with your complaint because as you can see my small business is a five star business and it is a shame that something like this can affect someone's reputation.
