I was a customer for over a decade. I had a billing problem ( their mistake) and when I called to resolve it the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful.

I have used Baker Pest Control for several years. If you have Fire Ants? Don’t bother with other companies. Baker has a service called Top Choice treatment for Fire Ants, they guarantee this product and let me tell you it Works!!! I previously had used other places but Baker offered the best product, customer service and price. It is joy to walk out onto my yard and not have to worry about ant bites! My Carpenter ant problem is solved, they do a great job, fair price. Nothing but good things to say about these folks and their service.

At our new property, this company came out and removed their termite bait traps even though Terminex had replaced some and replaced the bait in all of the traps. They said the traps were their’s even though I am sure the previous owners had paid for those traps. Petty!!! They said it was against the law and Terminex had to put all new ones in. I told them it was against the law for them to remove the new ones Terminex had installed. I recommend not using a company with such practices.

Brian came out and was very knowledgeable and helpful, and solved my problem which my previous had not been able to solve for weeks. I highly recommend Baker Pest Control.

Why block access to the road behind your office? Downtown traffic is bad enough as it is.

They are extremely disorganized.

I haven't used your services before. However, your driver, license plate 299RVN, cut me off and almost hit me this morning. If your services are as bad as your reckless drivers than I wouldn't recommend your services to anyone.

A company with NO integrity! I have been paying them to spray my yard for 5 years. My yard has gotten eaten up with bugs and is full of weeds. When I asked if they could rectify the problem, they simply said, "It's not our fault." Well, It is your job to spray for bugs and weeds. It is your job to report any suspicious activity when your technicians come out to the property. What exactly am I paying you for? Worst lawn and pest control company in St. Augustine!!

I received a threatening call to pay a bill I did not owe. This firm acted as if because I was a senior citizen, I was unaware of good service. They showed up unannounced, would only do work if we were under contract and double billed for services I did not receive. When i sent an invoice with payment and indicated that I wanted them to cancel the service, they billed me anyway for services not received. I wish I had never used Baker Pest Control.

I can't say enough great things about Baker Pest Control. Great family owned and operated with family values. When my late husband and I bought our home, we wanted the best for our investment. Baker Pest Control had this since it was built. So why change when the bugs are scared then and now.

Great people excellent job

Called Baker Pest Control as I was having tiny roaches show up in a condo we recently purchased. Scott promptly called me back and and requested I send him photos of the bugs I was seeing within our home. After he received the photos, he quickly called me back and took the time to educate me on American vs German roaches along with next steps. He was able to come out a couple days later and was very thorough in his assessment and treatment of the property. I was so impressed with Scott’s level of personalization and customer service that we signed up for quarterly treatment for the year. Their prices are absolutely fair and reasonable but I would’ve paid twice what was charged to be treated with the level of customer service that I experience from Scott. If you’re looking for and extermination company, these are your people!

i know driving is scary and all for some but if you are in the left lane and no cars are in front you and a bunch are behind you, you are doing something wrong . please stay off the roads if you are afraid of driving properly :)

Dan C.has been our technician for over a year and he is outstanding!! He’s consistently friendly, courteous, thorough and punctual. He always attempts to accommodate our schedule on multiple properties. I would highly recommend Baker, especially if their other techs are as good as Dan.

I contacted them 2 days ago, was promised a return call the next day, and still nothing. Maybe too busy to add new customers?

This is a great company and they have been taking care of our house for quite a while now and their expertise and controlling past and exterminating them the superb; the technician Wayne is very nice and very observant of exactly what he does is very effective; and the staff is impeccable very nice very courteous and a very professional company did I recommend to anybody that needs this kind of service in their house,,, yiC

Awesome pest control

They don’t care about your business. Robin who answers the phones is rude at best & the tech Dan is unresponsive. Nothing like having no response when you’re having a bug issue & Robin says it needs to be taken care of immediately. Wow immediate means a call back 2-3 days later. Imagine how prompt they’ll be for actual service! So annoying.

We've worked with Keith for the past 4 years and it's been great! He is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was initially worried about spraying for bugs when I have pets, but my animals are all safe and our house is bug free. I highly recommend Baker Pest Control!
