Ancient City Pest were fantastic taking care of our lawn treatments, always keeping us informed on what they applied and what to do. We tried several other companies with poor results until we found Ryan and Matt. Wouldn't go with anyone else. Have used them now for years Steve B

Absolutely worst company ever. My lawn has never looked so bad. We changed to another company and hoping we will get better results

We are sorry for your displeasure and your need to give bad feed back. We also were unsatisfied with our experience. It would be fair to say we are your 3rd company in 3 years, and that we had watering issues in summer and dry spots, fungus issues because of overwatering in winter and we did not get the results we were hoping for equally. We leave notes for the customers who are unfamiliar with their new climate, explaining our harsh environment on turf here and can only provide our services which also rely on proper watering, proper mowing and timely maintenance. It would also be worthy of noting that our customers know they can always reach me on my cel phone call or text and we respond to issues usually same day. I heard nothing from you and I assume you are writing this in April after not letting us perform your 1st seasonal treatment in February for some reason, but I cant explain. This was news to me, I again apologize you are unhappy, so were we. Good Luck with your next company and we hope you understand we are just part of the equation on how your lawn thrives, and you may consider this when leaving bad reviews. We grow grass successfully according to The UF Best Management Practices, as do most companies, our program works when everyone is on the same page, so there may be something else responsible other than the last 3 companies you fired.

We previously hired a pest control service that just could not tackle the weeds in our yard. We had tried them for an entire year. Then I heard about Ancient City Pest Services. After interviewing them, I knew they would be the ones to improve our yard. Within a few short months, we started to notice a difference. They have been able to kill our weeds, fertilize our yard, and make it look amazing. Now we have one of the nicest yards on the entire street. 5 other neighbors started using them after seeing our yard. I would highly recommend this company. What sets them apart from the others is this: They fine tune the products for each individual yard. Not every yard has the same weeds or issues. Many companies use the same product on every yard. I highly recommend Ancient City!!!
