I had the best experience with this company. I knew I had some sort of a termite problem so I reached out to the company and they sent AJ out the next day and he quickly identified the problem and the kind of termite. He spent 45 minutes explaining to me the whole process of tenting, how to prepare, walked the entire inside of my house and perimeter and answered all of my questions. He really put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable with the process as any time you find termites it can be very stressful. I had a quote very quickly and a date. He was very knowledgeable and professional. You always worry when you have termite companies come to your house what you’re gonna get and if you’re going to get ripped off and sold something you don’t need and that was not at all my experience with this company. I had previously had two other companies out that quoted me much higher over 2k higher and tried to sell me on drilling in addition saying I had subterranean, which was not true. AJ made me feel very comfortable and went above and beyond.

Four years ago I purchased a home and the previous owner indicated that it had been tented a couple years prior. I noticed the Termite Professionals sticker on the water heater and was hopeful that their treatment was effective. Fast forward to today and there is not (and has not been) a single termite in that house. By strange luck, I happen to have met the company’s owner since and I can tell you AJ is a real stand-up guy that is good at what he does and gets the job done right. 5 stars in my book…and this is from work several years before!

My mom saw termites and we called this company the guy that came over found where the termites came from and was able to remove the wood and spot treated so far we are good and we are very happy that we called the price was fair and the service was good. Today the owner called us and wanted to know if everything was ok and if we are happy with the service and told us we can call if we see anything at the house and they will be back thank you

****Fruad***** this place not only acknowledge that they didn’t do a follow up appointment and they didn’t complete the service and are refusing to provide the service or refund.

They named there self professionals there not even close to that they are disgusting in communications lying to much and they don't even leave the tent for 2 days like they told us in a call today we called to get are house because of termites and they said it was gonna be 2 and 1 day for let air and liquid go out and they left it there for 2 days there not professional don't come here because they don't even know how long to leave it for or are not even a professional . Wendy is bad worker she gives bad costumer service she even hung up on us and she confused two version what she told us first she said 2 days then she said no she didn't say that so don't come here to lose money there not even a professionals there horrible company !

Hired the company to remove attic insulation and install new insulation, before having them tent our house for termites. Discovery during a kitchen remodel that there was no insulation over the kitchen area. Breach of Contract.

This is by far the worst company!!! I called the office on May 24th to schedule an inspection, and spoke to Michelle "The manager", since the moment this person answered the phone I received nothing but attitude which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We proceed to schedule(two weeks out). After waiting for two weeks, NO ONE showed up! this was scheduled on a Saturday. I called today(Monday) as the office was closed to ask why no one had showed up, spoke to the same RUDE person, and her answer was "they did go", I later asked why no one called as we were home waiting? Michelle once again, raised her voice and very rudely answered " well... he was there!, that is all I know!!" after trying to re-schedule despite my bad experience, she was not being very cooperative with working on a date that would work for both parties, after her constant attitude, I asked to speak to the owner, she did not forward the call and hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! UNLESS THIS PERSON IS NOT HERE!

On 03/2018. I received serviced for termites 2 1/2years later my home has termites again. The company came and spreed some treamente and 04/22 I hired another compan

When I suspected that I had termites I had a representative from Termite Professionals in Pompano come out to inspect and give me a price. Their determination, that I had an infestation, was based upon the evidence of frass (termite debris) and at no time was their evidence of live termites, Termite Professionals tented with tarps that had holes and gaps, I complained to the company without any result. However, I did have a 1 year guarantee for the work. I was quite shocked when they would not honor that guarantee, stating that "frass was not an indication of termites". Their disclosure, part 2, says: "Termite Professionals will be responsible for infestations indicated on the front page for re-treatment where live evidence are found at the time". What this meant was if they didn't see a live termite (which are only visible during the spring/summer swarm season) they would not treat. It's pretty obvious that this company likes to have it both ways, frass is good enough indicate that I had termites and needed to tent, but not good enough to retreat.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They utilized tents with holes and then used duct tape to fix it. When we tried to call the company to ask questions, no one answered the phone..on multiple occasions. Even though they were the cheapest company, it's not worth it. Pay a bit extra for someone better. I would give them zero stars if I could.

MANY HOLES IN THE TENT! Wendy wont call you back after you give her cash. I call Joe, he said hes working on it....hour later the tent is gone. 1st day they said they would patch the holes. I visit the next day and notice even MORE unpatched holes. Dollar store silver tape over the entire tent to cover holes! $3000 for 6 houses is cheap but so is the quality service. .... Conclusion: Spend the extra money! its a house. Protect your family from these people

The worst !!! Their crew vandalized our property, stole a fan and totally stripped fruit tree . Failed to follow detailed instructions by its own sales force and killed all of our front landscaping. Worse yet, they are not even contrite about their wrongdoing. Run the other way from these folks. 1 star as one cannot post w/o it.
