This Company Helped my Termite Problem And Also helped me Recover Spiritually. I am thankful to God for how the Almighty Mighty All knowing Blessed my Faith. I give my apology to those who exterminated my Property from Miami and also to the managers in sales and the woman who answer phones . I also thank Christ Jesus ,the one who forgave me First of all . Let me start this off by saying the corporate company i work for uses Petri. Like clock work a technician would arrive monthly to treat/spray high traffic areas. Last month we had Darion come out who not only introduced himself but asked if our needs were being met, afterwards he left and came back with different products to address our needs. He was personable and friendly- he did not over complicate things. He went above and beyond!! we are very appreciative so thank you Darion!!!

Today Hector Roque was out to traet our home. He gave me some excellant pointers and we just added an additional service. Thank you

Bad service. Nicolas came to my house to remove bees. Two days after the service was done, the bees were still in my house. The person who did the bad job is Nicolas. Do not hire this service. It's terrible. I've been trying to get them to honor the warranty for two months, and Nicolas wants me to pay again. Bad person, bad company to have this type of people.

I was a Hulett customer who was defaulted to Northwest when my area was purchased a couple of yrs ago. What a deterioration between the two company's switch over. I have had no communication from the pest technicians and the need to advise a customer of running later from your given time window, is non-existent (as well as any follow up communication). I DO NOT RECOMMEND NORTHWEST EXTERMINATING, unless u want to waste ur time and test ur patience! Also, their payment systems is so antiquated (your bill pay) has to send them a chk. NORTHWEST needs to invest in their company and people.

We suspected termites and this was the first company that came by to check. Michael came by and we were honest with what was going on, it was the week we had those heavy rains and it seemed the rain was bringing them out. He took the quickest look in the attic and told us we had termites and gave us the outrageous estimate. Obviously we wanted more opinions so we then called Truly Nolen and Orkin. This time I advised my elderly mom to not say anything about seeing termites and say rather we were just being proactive. Two different well established companies who did thorough checks found no termites at all. Truly nolen climbed up there, I mean above and beyond. Nothing. So im writing this to let you know that this company may not be the best choice or you should at least get a second opinion. I feel they were ready to take advantage of honesty and an elderly mom.

I have to change my review. This company SHARED MY CREDIT CARD information with unauthorized vendors. I have reported them to the Florida Prosecuting office. Take your business to a more trustworthy vendor.

I will give this place no stars if I could. The representative Rodger was shown items that I wasn't sure about bagging and he told me they did not have to be bagged because they were in Factory Packaging I came home after the tenting was completed and had four bags of items that were not double bagged sitting outside of my home because Rodger told me that they did not have to be bagged Rodger came and looked at these things that were outside and denied that I had shown him these items and that he told me that they did not have to be bagged. Some items were lost because they were damaged by the rain or eaten by animals.

They changed the price on us multiple times and tried to upsell us repeatedly. All of this resulted in the tenting of our home being delayed. I was concerned the weather may pose an issue to the tenting, but was told repeatedly that it could be done in the rain. Two days in a row I prepped my house and had to cancel a hotel reservation because, as I predicted, the tenting cannot be done in the rain despite the lies this company had previously told me. I understand they cannot control the weather, but why lie about it and changing the price multiple times is unacceptable.

Had an appt for Friday no show had another appointment sat no show again now I’m told the manager will call next week which does me no good as the person waiting is out 6 hrs

I paid for a one time service for a tenant, but keep getting harassed for more payments for services I did not ask for, MONTHS after the one time service. They state they have an electronic document signed by me showing it is a recurring service, but hang up after I ask them to look into it more and make sure it was even emailed to me to sign. Now they want to send to collections because that’s easier than making sure their own technician didn’t sign off for a bonus.
