Still receiving the same service. I am not sure why the company just won't refund us our money. Haven't had service since Oct 21. Even though they said they will follow-up. Even talking to the regional director and nothing has changed. Please be mindful of getting service with this company. At this point it's just lip service. I have been with this company more than three months and we are still at the beginning stage. I have to complain to see movement. The guarantee service is a lie. I have no
