July 2026 - Orlando Arrived on time and did a great job. Very pleasant young man to deal with! five stars! 2022 Command Pest Control termite tenting is 30% cheaper than the ones that you know of. They were professional they were friendly they went out of their way to please me and accommodate my special requests like the fence that the other companies told me I would have to remove myself and my hedges and everything else they were just above and beyond. Gregg was my sales rep and he was there every step of the way not just a sales man he was there when they put the tent on when they took the tent off … every step of the way he was there. He was cheerful he was friendly he was appropriate. I cannot say enough about what a great experience I had even though tenting your house for termites is a total pain - ugh- like a mini move! So it really helps that this company did not break the bank and also bent over backwards to make everything goes smoothly as possible.

Felipe arrived on Short notice and ON TIME! He was very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Felipe did a complete inspection of my property inside and out and was able to identify the problem. We made a plan together, he called his home office on the spot to check availability and we scheduled the treatment plan for the next available slot. Felipe is terrific. He is always so helpful and courteous and never rushes the inspection. For the most recent inspection, I asked Felipe about some bugs I saw at the bottom of a clothes hamper in the second floor guest bedroom. He identified the bugs as termites and asked a series of questions that led to him examining the window sill and area around the hamper. He found termite droppings under a barrel chair and determined that the termites were attracted to the barrel chair because it had an untreated wood frame. He showed me where they were attacking the wood. We agreed that my best course of action was the get rid of the chair. (It was a cheap chair and at least 20 years old.) Felipe then inspected the twin of that barrel chair in my first floor living room and determined that it was termite free. I appreciated that Command Pest Control sends out the same tech each year for inspection. Felipe remembered the prior history of termites on this house and my attached neighbor's house. Felipe make Command Pest Control look good! (Note: Annual inspection is included in the yearly extended warranty/service contract fee. No additional charge.)

Both Orlando and Alex did an excellent job with the preventative treatment for Formosan Termites. They worked cautiously not to damage water and gas lines that are near my home’s foundation. They did a great job with clean up leaving everything looking just like they found it. Orlando was very informative and answered all of my questions and concerns. Orlando’ and Alex make a great team and I highly recommend them and Command Pest Control.

Clean, courteous, professional, thorough and honest. We were ready to tent the house for termites. Greg took photos of the insect that infiltrated our house and sent it to their in-house entomologist. We were advised that the insect was a moth, not a termite, thus tenting was not required. Greg and his Company could have mislead me but they were refreshingly honest instead. Greg and Command Pest Control are an asset to Pompano Beach residents. You can bet that when I do require tenting service, Command Pest Control will be my choice. Erika, the service scheduler is a joy and full of personality and calls to keep the customer informed in the event of appointment delays. Outstand experience.
