She managed every detail with great expertise, promptly providing all the materials and documentation needed to carry out the tenting process in an organized and stress-free way. Despite very challenging weather conditions, she worked tirelessly with dedication and precision. The result was outstanding: the condominium was returned to the tenants even earlier than the estimated timeline! Truly impeccable service in every aspect. Tommy came over same day & closed openings on house where pests could enter & also put traps in attic . Also sprayed for ants around house. He was very thorough & knowledgeable. I am writing to share my exceptional experience with your team. Having used other pest control companies in the past, I can say that Radix has provided the best service by far. In particular, Tom and Yvonne were an absolute delight to work with. They were incredibly informative and answered every question I had. During the final walkthrough before the tenting began, Tom helped us finish bagging items and educated us on the importance of the process. He even took the time to teach our children about termites and the fumigation process; he truly has a "gift of gab" and felt like family by the end of the visit. Additionally, when I experienced car trouble as we were preparing to leave, Yvonne and her team arrived and immediately got to work. It was impressive to watch the dynamic of the team as they placed the tent. Yvonne also provided valuable information regarding the gas and what to expect after the tent was removed. We even shared a lighthearted moment when she kindly chased our curious stray cat away from the house. I recently drove by and saw that the tent has been removed and the team is already working on the next steps. Our experience so far has been outstanding.

A Pest Company! and "car wash style" 1. Inspection:"The Actor" aka salesman pitch-dark, a "movie like intro" kinda like "Ghostbusters" with terrible acting skills. 2. Employees Crew: two Squatters. They decimate and destroy your property intentionally, Yvonne is the protagonist. 3. The process told is the complete opposite altogether. Leaving the property owner to hire yet a cleaning company and handymen crew to restore the destruction. 4. Extermination process is very poor thanks to the intro or inspection actor aka "salesman pitch-dark" script. 5. The overall cost after the destruction and restoration expenses needed gives you a real wakeup call! 6. Conclusion: Next time you decide to hire any fumigation services. Take control and record all conversations, do not give any beforehand deposits, keep calling others instead (one of the catches to lock you in to hire). Be present at fumigation day with video recording. Manage the staff your way, not the company. It's your property not theirs and by law you are entitled. 99% staff are not certified professionals (hence property destroyers). Do not fall for the so called: Subterranean termite or bug control sales pitch. One can easily DIY all materials are available at much lesser price in any hardware store and pest control stores. Best lesson we experienced with Radix; we Now know how to handle control and maintenance of our property. Good riddance Radix 🐷

The customer service giving by the tech Ms. Yvonne and her coworker was exceptional. Let me just say I called early 10am and they was at the home within 30mins. Today we had Tommy Jr and Tom over the house and they literally saved our lives. My name is Marcia Lopes and I’ve been having a rodent problem in my attic. Tommy Jr inspected the outside while Tom did the inside for possible points of entry and came to find out one was behind one of the AC return vents. He caught that one…he blocked my roof stacker with a thick mash to keep anything else from coming in, set up traps and baits outside the perimeter of our home! Thank you so much guys!!!

While a friendly company, my treatment was started over 7 hours late, which was a convenience for me, but also caused other concerns. I feel like because they started late, the project was then rushed, even if the treatment was done properly, leaving me questioning if the tent really should have been on an extra 6-8 hours for the proper kill (as there were still some live ants when I entered, despite 99% being dead). Makes me wonder if all the termites did indeed die, or a few survived to wreak havoc on my house once more. One area we had agreed would be tented, wasn’t. They had to come back the next day and do it separately. It was great they came and did it, remaining honest to our agreement, but again shows the job was rushed without the proper oversight. When given the “all clear” to re-enter the home, we all felt like we had been tear-gassed. Our eyes were itching and burning for days, we had throat irritation and it was obvious that just because the poisonous gas was gone, there was no way possible the overall PPM of additives used during the treatment were out of the house. 5 days later the eye irritation is finally subsiding. I was also disappointed that the workers threw their empty water bottles all over my yard for me to pick up, and they left my floors very dirty. A responsible crew picks up their own trash and cleans the messes they make. I hope this company fixes these aspects of their service in future jobs. If it hadn’t been rushed, hadn’t been late, the proper areas were tented from the start and the crew picked up/cleaned up after themselves, I would have given a 5 star review despite the irritants still being present in the air after being given the “all clear - zero ppm notice”.

Tom and Tommy Jr have gone above and beyond to help resolve our issue. Very fair with pricing always offering guidance on what to do so as not to waste money. Excellent service provider.

I am pleased with the results - no one enjoys living with pests. However, I do, personally, feel as if the service was overpriced. I also didn’t enjoy the inconsistency when it came to service dates. I was, initially, informed that he would visit again 3 months prior to the initial treatment; however, the lady on the call said it’s 6 months and not 3. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it’s communication issues within the company. If not, it’s simply scummy practices. I do have to say, the man who came to inspect was very respectful, and he was also clear and concise about the process and the results, which I appreciated. At the end of the day, I don’t regret calling this company. Other than the pricing and miscommunication, I’m happy with the service I received. Dealing with pests is a highly frustrating experience and looking around, locating a pest control company can be tiresome too. If you do stumble upon here, go ahead and call them!

I'm a little confused as to my monthly service fee and to how often you come.
