Orange Pest Control

I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. They never showed up at my property at the time scheduled. They claimed they had an emergency but didnt even bother themselves to give a phone call to the phone number they had as point of contact. After complaining how bad their service was they apologize for the inconvenient and suggested another time the same day. I really needed that done asap and agreed. Once I agreed, Ive sent 3 emails asking for confirmation but they NEVER responded. Not com

Disappointed. Began service with Orange when my previous guy passed away. New service looked promising. Staff was friendly. BUT, I began having a new roach issue and repeated attempts by Orange did not work. I did not have this problem for the past 14 years ! Their spray and response never resolved the new roaches... as if nothing was done! Repeatedly. When I finally notified them to discontinue service, they didnt even question why.

Quite responsive (Cathy in particular) but uneven quality of the technicians. We called for an awful smell in the bathroom and the technician left saying that he couldn't find anything i.e. no decomposing dead animal. Actually he didn't climb into the attic so I do not see how he could have found anything... Not a bad company but some poorly qualified technicians.
