This is definitely a very reliable company. Friends of mine have hired this company and weren't disappointed. Extremely professional and excellent in customer service! They get rid of all of the bugs! They even gave me a few glue box traps for my house and for a van that I recently had to get rid of tiny roach infestations and it worked miracles! I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone! Not too pricey and they speak Spanish too!!

I found a bee nest in my garage few weeks ago. I called few different companies and Santiago from Ace was by far the most professional and responsive to come out and check the situation. He safely removed the bees and drove them to a bee farm in Miami. Not only he did the work quickly and efficiently but he also kindly brought back some of the honey that was extracted from the bee nest. How amazing is that? Few days later some of the bees were still in my garage, Santiago came over to assess the situation but it turns out they hang out because of pheromones from the queen and assured us that they will leave. I would strongly recommend if you have bee issues to contact Ace.

Santiago saved us in a difficult situation when we needed a an urgent service on thanksgiving weekend. He was available, responsive, came out to evaluate immediately gave us fair price and did the job. Followed up next day and made sure the problems was solved. Provided a report we needed same day and 90 day warranty. We will be switching to Ace for our monthly service based on this experience. Highly recommend.

He was so nice on his first visit. I had spiders underneath my car and Santiago took the job to get rid of them. He even gave me a one month warranty and I changed my parking space. Within that month his spray did not work. I called and sent text messages and he didn't respond. Finally, he did and came back for a second spray. Again within that same month I still had the problem. I've called and sent text messages and he won't return my calls. If he couldn't do the job, he shouldn't have taken my money. I'm so disappointed in this company. He took my money and ran!!! Very unhappy senior citizen.
