I have never talked to anyone about service at my house. But they keep sending me invoices. I have called and told them I never signed up for this service and the lady at the front desk said I had to talk to someone else and she would explain it to me. Explain what? I NEVER had service with you. Very bad business practice to send invoices and never speak to the homeowner.

Terrible and sneaky company. The bug problem was never fixed. I canceled with them and went with another company who actually fixed the issue and Rocky’s people still show up unannounced trying to spray my house and I send them away every time and then they send a bill for a service that I rejected.

This is the worst company I have ever delt with, I paid $350.00 for termite protection over a year ago (at my rental property), they have never called one time to let me know what was going on, I ALWAY'S have to call them, the last time they were at my property was March 14th 2025 when I called ON FEBRUARY 2ND 2026 to ask whey they have never been back out the lady oh I"ll check-- I explained you can ALWAYS GET THE NEW BILL FOR RENEWAL TO MY HOUSE MY EMAIL AND TEXT BUT DO NOT HAVE THE BUSINESS ETHICS to call and let me know what was going on at my property. I called back in on February 2nd spoke to Chelsey she stated she would get with the techninian and have him call me, as of today Februaury 12th 2026 NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED BACK, BUT I AM STILL GEETING THE RENEWAL NOTICE. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

They installed new traps and I'm confused why I would have them serviced only a few months of installation. They are unorganized in their billing and communications. I got passed around to at least 3 individuals with no solid answers. They had two accounts set up for us initially. They just want to bill bill bill and do not care about customer satisfaction. Hire someone else. They reinstalled all of our termite traps July 14 due to the sod company having to reinstall. They refused to update the annual service contract to reflect the new date of installation for the traps. I do not recommend.

Hi Lisa, thank you for your response. As discussed, the renewal date is always based on the initial installation date for each home. For this home it was March 2025. While the system was temporarily removed for less than a week and reinstalled on July 14, 2025, to accommodate builder requirements, the original service period remains March 2025 through March 2026. As this is not an uncommon occurrence. This is a standard procedure we perform for various reasons, such as landscaping or pool additions. Because these temporary removals do not interrupt the continuity of the original service agreement, the renewal date remains based on the initial March 2025 installation. I am sorry to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us and will be used to help improve our communication and services moving forward.

Be careful with this company. I was sent a bill in OCT 2025 and paid in NOV 2025 to renew my service for $259. My yearly service is done in Febuary. Now I just recieved "an adjustment" of an increase of $91 (almost 1/3 price increase). They claimed I could not recieve services unless I paid this increase that they added. I understand price increases, but a surprised 1/3 price hike AFTER my bill was sent out and a payment was processed. Furthermore, when I called to ask about the payment she told me they could only take my credit card by phone because billing wasn't updated. They sent an increased bill, yet billing wasn't aware. This is just GREED and dishonest business.

Builder used them to install termite prevention which was great, but we have a different pest control company that is going to be providing that service in the future. Im giving them a 1-star because they sent about 20 renewal notices and then showed up unannounced to my house, going in my yard, behind my fence, without permission to remove the termite stations. You can send that many renewal notices but not give me a heads up you are coming out to my house to remove your equipment... I will go out of my way to make sure people don't use you.

Our technician's notes indicate he contacted you prior to the removal on said day, based on your stated intent not to renew, and an automated notification was sent to the number on file 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, it is our policy to retrieve the termite bait stations if the homeowner does not sign our renewal contract or remit payment, as these stations are essential for the ongoing protection of your home from termites. We recently purchased a new home in Gulf Breeze (Pensacola area) of Florida, and our agent suggested we contact Rocky's termite service for inspection, bond and general pest control. They offered a great monthly service plan that I bought, and today they were in the neighborhhod and called to see if they could come over and if we needed anything special inside or out. Glen Mitts and Ray Soria arrived within 10 minutes of their call, and we had discovered ants in the kitchen only two days prior that they quickly took care of as well as continued maintenance outside the home. Glen and Ray were outstanding, extremely knoweldgable, skillful at what they did, and explained everything to us as well as why the ants had invaded. I'm thrilled that I signed up for service with Rocky's, and got even more than I had expected today with an unscheduled but needed visit. I highly recommend Rocky's Termite & Pest Control service and tell Glen and Ray I sent you!

They have been charging me monthly for 7 months but have not provided any pest service. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and they always sent someone quarterly. I just looked at my billing and appointments....they have been collecting my money but have not been to my house in 7 months! I know they haven't been here because I have a gated property and they must call to get access to the house. I don't know why they stopped services but they kept collected my money!

We’re continuing to use Rocky’s for termite service, but unfortunately, we’re canceling their pest control. The experience has been disappointing from the start. When we first signed up for both termite and bug control, the first technician who came to our home told us he couldn’t spray inside because he had left his sprayer in another tech’s truck—strange, but we expected he’d come back. Instead, when I followed up days later, I was told he logged in the system that my wife had declined indoor service, which never happened. Strike one. A few weeks later, we started noticing more bugs inside and around the house. I asked about scheduling another indoor spray and was told they only treat the inside if you report seeing bugs. We live in the woods, and from day one I’ve requested every visit include indoor treatment because of that. Still, it’s inconsistent at best. Then came strike two: a tech showed up while a fire ant mound the size of a boot had popped up literally inches from where he was spraying. He stepped over it, never treated it, and didn’t say a word to my wife. The next day, our son was covered in ant bites. When I called, they offered a one-time treatment—after I had already handled it myself. Whether it’s lack of awareness or just apathy, it’s not what I expect from a pest control provider. Final straw? A recent visit missed a wasp nest hidden behind a downspout. I’m allergic to wasps, and I found it the day after. That was strike three. After multiple phone calls and long conversations, I finally sent a message asking them to contact my wife to cancel the pest control service. We haven’t heard back yet. We’re still waiting to officially cancel. To be fair, they may do a great job with termites—but the pest control side has been a letdown. And yes, I have photos.

Just ended my service after roughly 5 years at a couple properties. Service steadily declined year after year. The employees do not respect their clients. There was a road rage incident that I should have reported to the police but didn’t. Gray Dodge with tag “bait it” decides to swerve, stop traffic, and video while driving. The “manager” calls back after I called her the next day after reporting the incident. And laughed when I brought up the video being used while driving and how it’s illegal to use a phone in a moving vehicle. The manager openly condones illegal behavior. Made me question how knowledgeable their staff truly is when their operations are subpar.
