Doug is always prompt, very friendly, and efficient. He keeps me informed of his goings on and I am very happy with his service. Also, 8 years of living on this property and we have maintained a bug free home because of anchor. 2 thumbs way up.
Kris was professional and pleasant. He kept me informed via text of his schedule for pest control and arrived on time. I appreciate that the invoice emailed to me detailed his on-site tasks and also listed my future Anchor Pest calendar time frames. Glad to have Anchor Pest for protecting my home.
Great Service!
Anchor has a technician named James Lewis that provided the five year treatment for my home. James is an outstanding technician. Extremely polite and very social. It was a great interaction.

Justin has been taking care of my home's termite control for several years. He is always pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He cares about his clients and, in my opinion, goes above and beyond my expectations. Justin is a real asset who keeps me choosing Anchor Pest Control for my termite service.
Horrible communication from this company.
Solid bug guys. Always personal, and professional. They did go up on price for their "standard". I was going to cancel with the change, but my dude said if it was too much, he would advocate for me to keep my price as I have a small home. Good dudes. *edit* Office is less solid. I fell behind on my payment during a time of depression. (Not uncommon, and they had been understanding in the past. Not a brag, but ive been late on most payments.) They cancelled my account with no notification. When calling to reset my services, I was told it would be higher price. Basically the same price for everyone across the board. Great for people with big homes, less great for people with small homes. Office explained that late payment automatically cancels your account. Which didnt make sense as Ive been late many times.. (again, not a brag. It was appreciated that they were flexible.) I asked further questions, which was interpretted as arguing... ultimately, they hung up on me as I was asking them to do the only thing I was told was possible.
I would prefer not to have it done when it is going to rain all weekend. I feel like that defeats the purpose
The technician that was sent to fix errors caused by the first technician wasn’t very knowledgeable about termites or the insecticide that was used.
We had our renewal done on 02/08/24 but to this day no one has come out to check our Sentricon stations. Probably because I paid them promptly after the service so they got their money. The same thing happened last year they were not going to show up until I called and asked them about it. This year I said I’ll wait longer and see if they have someone come out….nope! What’s the point of having these stations in the ground if they are not going to monitor them. Three months after the renewal is ridiculous! Update Feb 2025: Well my assumptions were correct I didn’t call to ask about checking the stations and they never came last year in 2024. January 2025 they sent me a renewal letter. That definitely wasn’t going to renew. Its funny when I got a call back from my cancellation voicemail that I left, the lady ask me why and I told her that I had to call to remind them to come in 2023 and 2024 they never came. All I got back was ok I will scheduled to have the sentricon stations removed. Not even an apology. They were out here the next morning removing them. They can get out quick to get their stuff but not to do the job that they were supposed to do. I was with this company with my other house from 2007-2019 and it was great. The service guys were awesome but now this company is not heading in the right direction. I would not recommend them.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do not recommend this company, very poor customer service.
No note on if you sent someone small enough to get under the house to inspect and check the plumbing underneath while there. Our previous Fireman Pest Control for many, many years always went under there and also let us know when he noticed a water leak. Last year we had a major water leak which you did not catch. I have two properties with you and a property manager that I continually have to tell you to call, over and over, but I still get robo calls about inspection appointments. Very frustrating that you apparently don't keep good enough records to know this. I'm thinking I'll change companies at next renewal. DID YOU OR WILL YOU BE DOING A CRAWL SPACE INSPECTION???
Response from Anchor Pest Control, Inc.
We are very sorry the technician that inspected the property yesterday did not include in his notes that a small person will be out on October 16th to inspect the crawl space. Very sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you.
Customer service is horrible and the service itself has been in decline for years. Called to try and resolve an issue and the lady was immediately abrasive and unwilling to try and save the account. I have been a customer for 7 years and treated like garbage. Business must be good to turn down established accounts so easily.
Scott has been calling on us for years and have no problems with his service until I just got my bill via email. The bill went from $60 to $90 (a 50% increase) which we had no warning of. I spoke to Nancy at your office today and she verified that it did go up that much and we should have been told that last November by Scott or at least yesterday. We were NOT notified until the email bill and obviously upset me. After some discussion with Nancy, she offered to take our bill down to $80 for each service this year. I would like that in writing via an email. And there was no real justification of the large increase. Still not totally happy with this.
I would strongly recommend not using this company. We had a good experience the first few years, but something happened this year and the service has been abysmal. They were supposed to service our Sentricon system in June. The service kept getting pushed back and every time I called I was given the runaround about how they were behind and it was rescheduled. It is now October 12th and they still haven’t been out to service our bait stations - one of which had active termites when it was last checked 16 months ago. Our contract is only for them to service the stations, no other coverage, and yet they denied us a refund even though those services have not been fulfilled.
