Shawn did an excellent job on our initial pest control applications for our new customer service. He thoroughly explained all of the applications and processes. We're extremely pleased we went with Fox Pest Control. We highly recommend.

I needed them to come back because I had changed my mind about the kind of spray I needed . They didn’t hesitate. We’re back in a couple days no problem!!!

Wide variety of pest control services included on a quarterly basis for great annual or.monthly payment. On call service requests outside standard quarterly preventative care included at no cost. Services exclude termite preventative care but available for another fee. The technician, Will, sent a text 1/2 hour prior to coming over as promised by Jordan, who stopped by while they were in the area yesterday and today servicing other clients and noticed the house no longer for sale. Both Jordan and Will were extremely professional, personable and informative regarding other preventative measures such as plants that attract and detract pests as I am new to the area and the world of Pensacola pests! Very pet friendly both personally and product wise to my 2 rather large but very friendly Great Pyrenees majestic beasts. Very pleased thus far. Treated both inside and outside and told me not to hesitate to reach out between quarterly visits at no additional cost.

I'm leaving this review much later than I intended to, and for three different appointments (because I'm not sure if I can leave multiple reviews on the same google page), but I just wanted to say that the three Fox Pest Control technicians that have serviced my home so far, namely Sydnee Basham, Tono Jaime, and Danielle Morris, all exceeded my expectations and did an outstanding job. All were incredibly pleasant, professional, and thorough in their treatment, in explaining their services, offering tips on pest prevention, and being available for any questions or additional requests that I had. Consistent top quality service! Thank you guys (and sorry for taking forever to write this review)!

William was great, explained everything he did (inside and outside the house) and was really understanding with my dog. Great job!

Haley was wonderful she took care of business talk to my little puppy dog and a very very personable I really liked her she did a very very good job

This company is a scam! We’ve tried calling to cancel our services because we’re moving. However, you can only talk to a manager to cancel but the manager is never available. We’ve been calling for a week trying to cancel and have told them to call the number in the notes, but clearly the manager doesn’t know how to read because they never call the right number. They keep giving us the round around just to cancel. It shouldn’t be this difficult to cancel, unless you’re a scam company. The one star is for Nikki because she has great customer service. That’s the only thing this company has going for them. Don’t ever go with this company!

Two door to door salesmen from Fox pest control came by my house this weekend. Despite the “no soliciting” signs at the entrance to my neighborhood and on my front porch, they decided to knock on my door and wake up my sleeping baby. After I pointed out the no soliciting signs to them, they still tried to sell me pest control and told me that “Unfortunately, those signs aren’t enforceable”. I told them “Get off my property”, and they decided to make sarcastic remarks as I was closing the door. As if that wasn’t enough, they decided to honk their car and wave at me as they were leaving my neighborhood about 30 minutes later. Disrespectful and unwanted salesmen coming by on a Saturday morning is unacceptable and a reflection of the company.

William came by this morning and did our yard. Good service he knew what he was doing. He sat with me and my wife and talked about Jesus with us. Very good guy

The sales guy Tyler W. was very patient with me as I was in a rush! Had an issue with the initial contract and he was very quick to fix it! Im looking forward to a nice back yard where we dont get ate up with mosquitos!

I can’t say enough good things about your salesman Ryan, if you could hire 100 more of him, you’d be set!! This young man is intelligent with his speaking and very customer friendly, he got my business no questions asked.

I was happy with the service, but in order to cancel, you must book an appointment with a cancellation manager that may not be a convenient time for you. Sometimes it can be another 24 hours before a cancellation manager can call you. I have never heard of a company requiring You to book an appointment with a cancellation manager, just to cancel your service. It’s easier and faster to put a stop on payment or change your card number. I do not recommend this company and I will never employ their services again.

Gone bad. July 2026. After canecelling my appointment by text for two weeks in a row due to the same "technician emergency" I cancelled all their remaining appointments for them.

Their door to door salesmen have been to my house numerous times. I have 2 no soliciting signs and have asked to be removed from their list. They continue to knock on my door. I will never do business with them due to their sales people. Too many other companies to choose from that don’t harass me at my house.

First time using Fox Pest Contol and I was very pleased with their service. William came out and serviced my house. He was very nice and knowledgeable.

They will not leave me alone, I do not want their service yet they have knocked on my door repeatedly. I am polite and tell them I'm not interested and they use pushy sales tactics and then name drop my neighbors full names. First off don't say peoples full names, give your own customers privacy and 2nd I don't care who signed up. I don't want your service, when people say no then accept the no and move on. Horrible pushy sales company I will never work with, ever!!!

I'll never hire this company for 1 simple reason: When there's a "No Soliciting" sign on a door, and you have folks knocking anyway, that clearly indicates that you do not care one bit about your potential customers.

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Super helpful when I had to adjust my scheduled treatment date. Great pricing and a job well done. I was even texted personally after the job (since I was not at home and husband was) to let me know when they arrived when they were done and to message with any questions or concerns. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the tech cause I’m bad with names but 10/10 highly recommend.

I just started with fox and William came out today and did a great job. He was on time and explained in detail all that he was going to do. We had a great rapport and would like to request him as my regular technician. The one thing I disliked from other pest control companies was always getting different techs.
