His courtesy call the previous day enabled me to text him at the number he called from and he promptly responded. We have used Florida Pest Control since 2009, to prevent the possibility of termites after our first inspection. They always had terrific service! However, they have recently decided on having the robo answering service. After 12 minutes on hold waiting for "the next representative" I hung up. It does not matter how many times you say "your call is important to us", if you don't get a person, it obviously is not THAT important! We will be looking for a new pest control company. I am unab
