This is the first time someone who came was really doing the job they were supposed to ,he was really great and made sure he did my patio and car port areas too,you need more people like him very professional
I was impressed with Jake’s kindness, patience and knowledge. He was incredibly personable and respectful and a pleasure to speak with. He was never rushed or distracted and never seemed annoyed with me or burdened by my many questions.. Jake is a great salesman (*WITHOUT all of the pushy, rambling , nonsensical sales jargon)… The 2 service gentlemen were also very respectful, kind, thorough and personable!!

Always a great experience. Benjamin is very professional but also very personable. Love having the same technician every time. Only once have I had to have them come out in between treatments and they were great about it. Highly recommend this company.

Got a phone call this morning because they couldn't process my Payment. Spent two hours trying to figure out what's wrong with my credit card card. Was told multiple wrong directions and steps by their customer service department. Got hung up on when I started to get frustrated because their lack of communication knowledge and professionalism. Was finally told that this is a known issue that can't be fixed right now because all the managers are out to lunch with the owner because that's way more important than customer service.

Unprofessional service; first time gets scheduled and no one shows up that day with confirmed appointment (we had to arrange time off from work). 2nd time, no one notified prior to arrival It’s hard to be available at home on weekdays due to work commitments- in this situation - Would appreciate notification sometime in advance for us to be available at home

This review is for the Birmingham Office which we were told by corporate is part of the Pensacola office. Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable Service We've had service with Enviroguard since May 2025, and it has been one headache after another. They are supposed to call before coming out so we can open the back gate and let them in to spray back yard and inside home. They have never called ahead, not once. Every month, they apologize and promise to do better, then turn around and make the same mistake. I've taken off work the past three times just so I could be home, only to find out they had already come by before the designated time without notifying me again. And only sprayed the front yard that we do not use. When I tried to cancel our contract after months of this, they (without our knowledge or consent), charged our card $240 for the rest of the contract. They also charged us monthly even though they only sprayed every other month at best - and at one point went 3 full months without coming at all. On top of that, I later found out they were operating in Calhoun County without a business license. When I called to try and resolve the issue or cancel the contract and dispute the charges, the lady "claiming" to be the manager (when I was told the previous day the manager was a he), hung up on me. We've had bugs the entire time, so whatever product they are using clearly doesn't work. Between the lack of professionalism, unauthorized charges, and failure to provide the agreed-upon service, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give the customer service a negative review I would. I was badgered by the door to door salesperson to sign up. (They came back every couple of days) so I signed up for six months. Due to personal reasons I moved from the place I signed up and tried to cancel. The salesperson never gave me the information that if I cancelled before my end date I’d pay the full amount. So I reached out to see how I could cancel. Email after email I received and responded to went unanswered. The next one ignoring my previous email and questions. Finally able to provide the information they asked for and now I’m still being told I have to pay the full amount despite providing them the information before the deadline given.

Has a F rating with better business bureau! Said I signed a 2 year contract with them but the signature is not mine! Keep trying to take money out of my account but had them blocked! Stay away for this company! They are running a con!

This is what my azaleas, jasmine and hydrangea look like after EnviroGuard sprayed my flowers. I was told by one customer service representative that the product would not hurt flowering plants. The only change in my backyard, Enviroguard. The next representative told me they are not suppose to spray the flowering plants direct. It cost me $200.01 and several "established" plants to cancel this service. Huge mistake!

We want to clarify that ProFlex is specifically designed to be safe for flowering plants and shrubs when applied correctly. Unfortunately, plant health can be affected by a variety of factors beyond pest control treatments, including sudden drops in temperature, environmental stress, or plant diseases, which can sometimes cause flowers and shrubs to decline.<br>We understand how upsetting this situation is and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Unfortunately, I signed a 12-month contract and can’t cancel it until August next year. I absolutely do NOT recommend their services. I’ve been dealing with ants and other bugs constantly. When they sold us the contract, they promised to take care of spiders, but during the first visit everything changed — they said they don’t treat spiders. I also started having problems with German cockroaches in the backyard. When they came to inspect, they admitted that our place is very clean (I’m OCD and keep everything spotless), yet the bugs keep showing up — same with the ants. We’ve called multiple times, but no one answers the phone. We even managed to get someone to come and spray again, but they did a terrible job. In the end, we had to hire another company to actually take care of the problem. Since we can’t cancel the contract without paying a huge fee, we’re stuck paying for this awful service.

We’d like to clarify a few points: German cockroaches are primarily found indoors, especially in kitchens, while the roaches you’re seeing outside could potentially be Asian cockroaches, which look very similar but live outdoors. We would be happy to return to treat any outdoor roaches as well as the ant mounds to help address your concerns.<br><br>It’s important to note that pest control is an ongoing service, as some pests can be more difficult to eliminate due to underlying factors such as nesting areas, environmental conditions, or weather. Its been a few months now since ive been using this company. I regret going with them 100 percent. Nothing against the people actually performing the work. They are respectful and courteous. Its the company that is a complete failure. My last scheduled appointment no one even showed up. I called to cancel my service completely because it just doesn't work. Roaches, ants, spiders everywhere. No difference. The lady i spoke with said she canceled my service completely. A few days later I got charged again for the next month!!!! I called again to get it all sorted out and to get a refund. The person I spoke with said she would have to call me back after talking to her manager. Its been 2 days and still nothing. This is also on top of sending an email with no reply as well. Im going to have to call again for the third time to get this all sorted out. Save your time, money, and sanity and go with a different company!!!!!!!

I would be careful before contracting with them. I feel as though they prey on new homeowners like me and my wife. I thought it would be responsible l to have them take care pest issues until I realized that I can take care of them on my own. When tried to cancel, they said it would be a $225 cancellation fee. I really think it is outrageous they would do that. Generally, the service is fine, but I do think their sales tactics are predatory. I regret it. Think twice before signing a contract.

The $225 early termination fee covers a portion of the heavily discounted upfront services, materials, and technician time already provided. Check Yelp reviews!!! Their 4.9* would look more like my 1*.* Update: He was very knowledgable and ontime. It's very hot outside but he advised he was use to it. **The person that sold me the service was exceptional** give her $5. too.** Excited to see if this works. Update: 8/4/25 After 2 treatments, I called to cancel my service, due to continued issues with fire ants and roaches. They have an early cancelation fee of $245. so waiting to get a call back from the owner. I am now on his list to call back. I researched this company today only to find out they are not a BBB accredited company. It's my fault that I didn't research this company better, so I'm posting this to make the next possible customer to just beware. I have pictures of these ant mounts and roaches I'm still finding. ***Find another company*** Don't sign any contracts!!! After 2 treatments you shouldn't be seeing anything!! This all happened in the 1st 30 days. Someone just advised me that they had a breach of contract as they didn't do what they promised, which was to give me the optional service. I'm still waiting to be rescheduled for another treatment. I was advised that my name will go on the owner's call back list. That also sounded bad to me too? Maybe dissatisfied customers. Who knows. I refuse to pay the cancelation fee. They will be called every time I see activity. 8/7/25 - Received a call from an office Mgr. Owner's don't make calls. To make a long story short, I did cancel there service. It took 4 days to get even a Mgr to call back. They plan to apply my August payments that was just deducted from my account to go toward the $245. cancelation fee. See attachment as to how they actually handled the cancelation. They did offer to send someone again to reevaluate my home again only 4 days after making the 1st call. See attached phone log. I declined. Waiting for the cancelation paperwork. Now the choice is yours.
