We offer T-A-P Insulation, bed bug removal, and sanitation services. Our mission is to help you have a beautiful and safe home inside and out. We're a fourth-generation family-owned pest control business. Sean Knox and Justin Knox continue the family legacy.

Eli, our technician was on time, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.

From the moment she arrived, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely concerned about the rodent issue that had been compromising the structural integrity of my home. Dash took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and walked me through her findings with confidence and clarity. Her depth of knowledge was impressive, and it was clear she takes great pride in her work. Not a customer and wont ever be after being cut off at 85mph by truck 55. I get wanting to deliver speedy service but let’s not risk people’s lives on the highway please.

Technician Eli was minutes early for his appointment and graciously waited while my wife and I traveled home, arriving minutes late. He greeted us and explained the inspection process. He completed his task in our front and back yard in short order and then took the time to learn about my family. I look forward to seeing Eli again at our next inspection.

Scheduler (Heather) schedules service with me via email, I confirm and Tech doesn't show up. This has happened multiple times. I've also had billing problems as well. I've only been a customer since Aug. 2023. Customers do nor come first!

Called them 5/18 for a quote for a business as we were looking for a new company. I was told that they would have to call me back for the quote. As of 5/23 no returned call. Not sure why they have 5 stars. That's the reason I called them first to begin with. We will move in the direction of someone that follows up.
Horrible, took repetitive calls. Once I was able to talk to the field agent he lied to me. Decided not to use Knox Pest Control.
