Fantastic service! Mrs. Sharon from the office and David the technician are absolutely the kindest people ever. They accommodate around our work schedule and offer the best experience a customer can have.

I have been dealing with this company for quite a while and wouldn't think of changing. Gene does an excellent job of servicing my home, so courteous and professional Addresses any concerns I may have and is always available. In addition have my termite contract with this company.

We've used Lewis Critter Gitter for 5 years now. Gene is our pest guy. He is amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable. Gene is so impressive, we decided to use Lewis Critter Gitter for our termite treatment also. We've used other pest control companies before but they just aren't as good as Gene and Critter Gitter.

I initially had another company come out and give me a quote and it was astronomical. I then reached out to Lewis and after talking with Sharon, whom is wonderful and kind, I was interested in getting a quote. David came out and did an inspection, showed us some problem areas and then quoted us a very reasonable price. He was honest and not trying to "upsell." We decided to go with Lewis and we couldn't be more happy. Our rat problem (thanks to our neighbors) has diminished tremendously and we are very happy with the outcome. Our most recent visit with David S. was very pleasant as he showed me the activity in the boxes but also pointed out some areas around our shed where rats were digging and offered to fix it right then and there. Very nice guy and even told us they offer termite service. Great company overall and I highly recommend.

We have two properties which Gene has maintained for a couple of years now. He's wonderful!! He's always so friendly, punctual and a tremendous help. We recently had an issue with ants getting into cabinets. Gene came out to the house immediately. Both of the men who showed up for the appointment were very courteous and informative! Gave me very good advice and treated me very respectful! Definitely will use them if the need arises!

I have to say, I’m not very pleased with this company. Gentleman came out to treat my yard for ants. Just before a monsoon. Came back out for another treatment. I have just as many ants as before.

WORST COMPANY EVER! SCAMS THE ELDERLY! I called and was quoted 180.00 for an inspection ,first thing the man shows up shoving his political views down my elderly fathers throat with his Biden propaganda then starts demanding more money up front before any services were performed my father is an 78 yr old elderly veteran. I left a check for the exact amount and the man wanted 280.00 up front so my father was going to write him a check for the rest of the amount which he did not have in his account to cover because he lives on a very limited income !he felt intimidated and needs the inspection for the VA so he was willing to write another check for them to hold until his social security was deposited THIS IS NOT OK TO SCAM ELDERLY AND VETERANS I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT I AM ALSO CONTACTING MATT GAETZ OFFICE TO SEE WHAT ELSE I MAY DO!! IT IS NOT OK TO SCAM AND TAKE ADVANTAGE THE ELDERLY!!! OR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER!

Had bad experience with them. Would not even try to help with mouse issue.

The customer service was kinda rude

I stopped in their office location Friday and asked their manager "Wells" to schedule me for an inspection next Thursday, I left a detailed note with contact info and address etc.Then, Nothing, Nada, No one called, No one remembered me when I called back Thursday afternoon at 2:30..... Currently waiting for "Wells" to call me back, I will update if anything changes.
