Fireman Termite & Pest Control

I got them out here for a WDO inspection. the Professional that arrived was so knowledgeable and spent the time to make sure that I understood everything, he had no secrets. This is the third company I’ve had out here and he had the most wisdom I’ve ever heard in exactly what I was asking about. He ended up turning me down for service unless I really wanted it. He explained everything. We got into the behavior of the different insects and how that plays into their plan. He let me know where I had to worry and where I didn’t. He taught me early signs of a new termite colony and a whole lot more. As a teacher he was great, he was able to adjust the knowledge to my understanding, a very rare quality I truly appreciated.

I used Fireman for a termite problem in 2021, the issue was spot treated and resolved. No prevention methods were suggested and never were. We have had several infestations every year since and it appears that the past infestations were never successfully resolved. I now face thousands of dollars in repair cost. They refused to treat the badly damaged area to kill the current infestation and have not returned calls for giving me a prevention bid. I strongly do not recommend this pretentious company!!!

I’ve been using Fireman for three years and I’ve never been disappointed. They keep accurate records and make sure the job is done correctly.

After using this company for years, I would no longer recommend. The tech they sent for an appointment twice. was someone I would never let in my house-just plain creepy. I requested another technician and then had to reschedule the appointment. After giving them notice 24 hours prior, I was told they were dropping me. Judging by their customer service, I really don’t care. Apparently they think they’re the only pest control company here now-wrong!!

I've been a long time customer of Fireman's and they have always provided me with good service. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Joe is excellent and very knowledgeable about his work.

We love the sushi as much as we love the spinach seafood artichoke dip!

This is one of the easiest companies to work with. I’ve been using them for years! I literally have missed appts due to either working late or completely forgetting. They’ve always been accommodating and understanding. Plus if I ever have an issues within my quarterly visit with any type bug, they are quick to come out free of charge and handle it promptly. Everyone who answers the phone is always helpful and professional. Sherman is the man and our favorite! Highly recommend this group!

I've always had a good experience with them. We use them for our rental properties as well. You have 60 days for them to return at no cost. It used to be 90 days though. That's why I give 4 stars instead of 5. They also recently went up on prices.

We used fireman's pest control because that's who the builder used in pre-treatment for termites and kept them in June He did a walk inspection, deemed it termite free, and then in December my husband noticed a pin size hole and touched it and hand almost went through bathroom wall, we were livid a contractor came in and took a small piece out and it was infested with termites they had eaten through studs, we contacted Fireman's pest control they blamed builder, our house is 6 yrs old, so today after we paid for services walls completely down and still infested they have caused about 20,000 in damages and no one claims liability, so beware of what and who treats your home
