We’ve used Extreme for 14 years and have always been impressed by the quality of their work. Besides the annual termite inspection and treatment, their staff has always had answers to questions on spiders, etc that we’ve asked them while they were out. They show up on time and are professional. We happily recommend them.
I have used Extreme Pest control since 2019, when I purchased a new (very old) home in Old East Hill. The house had been vacant for about a year and Doug’s team got everything sorted and protected from all kinds of visitors. Since that time, Extreme continues to provide excellent service for a great value. I do annual renewals for pest control, termite protection, and rodent service (they love these old houses!). They have always provided a prompt and thorough response whenever I’ve had any issues! Highly recommend!
Wesley was on time, professional and thorough with the WDO inspection. His approach was very methodical and accurate. Along with his normal inspection he was quick to identify some potential problem areas. Very courteous and knowledgeable!

Shopped around. They were the cheapest around and were more persanal than our old company. Did a great job! I have a lot of plumbing and electrical ran through my yard and Russell never hit anything. Great job Russell. Very nice guy.

Nice guy but WDO (wood destroying organisms) home inspection only took 20 minutes at best with 15 minutes of actual inspection. Inspection didn't seem very thorough, should cost less for the service provided. Did not promote confidence in this company.

Extreme handles my termite control issues and when there’s a problem they are out to our house within a few days remedying the problem. Have referred several of my friends to them and they are pleased with the service as well.

I have a house that was built in 1959, the interior is mostly tongue and groove which was heavily termite infected when I bought the property. Extreme Termite and Pest Control have treated the house since I bought it 4 years ago- I haven’t had any issues. Russel always hears my concerns - doesn’t just nod and brush me off, he looks into the issue and properly treats it. Earlier this year I thought I noticed some termites by some wood I have, they immediately sent Russel out to check it and treat it at no extra charge. I highly recommend them - you can’t beat the customer service when calling for scheduling and the knowledge and respect from the technician.

Homebuyers be cautious when using this company for your WDO inspection. We used them and they missed numerous boards on our house that are borderline falling off from wood rot. We are currently fixing everything ourselves instead of the sellers having to fix because they weren't fix before we bought. You get what you pay for and there is a reason their inspection is so cheap.

This is definitely a 5 star wish I could rate higher. I lived in a triplex the middle moved out and let me tell you the roaches came out of nowhere. I had the whole family was. I mean extended family even the in-laws of 3 species roaches. A very very nice gentleman came out dis the termites first then came on in and educated me on my roaches while he sprayed them left this liquid brown he’ll stuff they eat and carry back to the others. He told me that I would see them disappear soon but not to worry a follow up will be done in 21 days. As the days went on the big ones not many but a lot of the babies was still around. I was freaking but just like Russell told me he would be back in 21 days and here he was at my door to place the brown gel down again. He claims it will stay active for 3months but my roach problem should now be done. I definitely have no reason to not believe him this far. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again Russell you need a raise my friend!! 💪🏾💪🏾 stay safe

Started this service last year? Was told there would be 4 services during the year called because I'm moving and wanted to terminate service. Have left several messages.The company will not return my call.
I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout out to both Jamie and Ron! Extreme Termite & Pest Control has an incredible team! Their communication is top notch, they care about their customers and services they provide. Ron took time out, from I'm sure a very long work day, to give me an update on an inspection he had just completed. And Jamie was so quick to handle and schedule things out! If you want to throw your money away, call these guys. Quoted me $175.00 for yearly termite service, then invoiced me for $250. Then had the nerve to invoice me for another $200 for yearly insect protection without ever sending anyone to inspect or spray.
