I genuinely can’t say enough good things here. We had such an incredible experience with the Southern Thermal team. We were in visiting my mother-in-law for her husband’s funeral and noticed their house, which we were planning on holding the after service in, was infested with bed bugs. Upon reaching out George went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. Not only did he and his team get rid of the pests, but they educated, were kind, non-judgmental, and left no down time. So easy to get in contact with them and they were so responsive. They did a heat treatment and within hours the home was cleared. Such professionalism is so rare to see nowadays and we are eternally grateful for him and his team’s help. It truly took such a load off my mother-in-law’s shoulders
