Every spring just as the weather warms I typically get an influx of American roaches. Well I saw my first and I was like Nope! So I got online and started searching pest control. I looked at the various companies' websites and Arrow's was the best so I set up an appt for them to come out. Well, I want to say that the service technician, Andrew, did an AMAZING job and represented Arrow very well. He introduced himself, explained what he was going to do (spray inside, outside, and put out granular bait) and was thorough. He demonstrated great attention to detail and knowledge of how these critters behave and what can deter and eliminate them. He was also very personable. I won't hesitate to call Arrow again if I need them and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Read your contract carefully about service,i hired them because of german cockroaches,they are as bad now as before i hired them.they say they will come back as much as needed.well i paid for a year service up front and now have found out that was a waste of money.please be careful when choosing your pest control and pay attention to the contract so you dont waste money like me.

Incredibly friendly, thoughtful and considerate. Possibly the best service call I’ve ever received. If the actual pest control is even 1/2 as good as they are friendly, I’ll be happy. That being said, I did find evidence 1 day later that it will be. Thank you Arrow!
We have had their yard weed control service. Have complained several times. Back yard sedge plus 2 other weeds (3total) have choked out more than half of our back yard grass. Plus they couldn’t get rid of sandspurs - my husband had to literally dig hundreds of them up. Why are we paying them??!!
Let me give Alisa at arrow pest control a one star rating. She is rude and obnoxious on the phone. They email , call text and send a tech out to collect the baits just because we didnt let them come out and renew the baits because one, it’s ridiculous that they charge $395 a year for a tech to come out for 2 minutes to check the baits. What arrow doesn’t realize is that people have other obligations and things going on in their homes and lives and sometimes you have to put things on hold. But she tried to compare this policy like a car policy asking me if I pay my insurance policy on time. (Yes I do but that is none of her concern) then she said obviously you dont because you would have paid us on time. ) Then she proceeded to laugh) . Arrow you ought to be ashamed of yourself to allow your employees to talk to customers like she did me it clearly states the service we signed up for, hmmm the baits came with the home we purchased no where on our mortgage does it say we signed up for this however we did sign up for pest control and used them and then we didn’t need them any more

I don't have a report back yet on a pest inspection they did yesterday. But I'm very upset that they put a sticker nearly the size of a sheet of paper on the inside of a cabinet. Peeling it off left a sticky residue and could have pulled paint with it. A yard sign, a flyer on the counter or a paper door hanger would have sufficed without causing potential damage.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this sticker may have caused you but it is a requirement by FL State statute 482 for any home inspected or treated for WDO. <br>Furthermore, we are not allowed to send a copy of the report to anyone that isn’t listed on the report to receive one. <br><br>Please see FL State Chapter 482 below which also gives size requirements of inspection notice, thank you and have a great day! 😎<br><br>When a wood-destroying organism inspection is provided in accordance with subsection (1), the licensee shall post notice of such inspection immediately adjacent to the access to the attic or crawl area or other readily accessible area of the property inspected. This notice must be at least 3 inches by 5 inches in size and must consist of a material that will last at least 3 years. It is a violation of this chapter for anyone other than the property owner to remove such notice at any time. The licensee’s name and address and the date of inspection must be stated on the notice.<br><br><br><br><br>
Company treated my unit 2 times and I still have a lot of roaches.Nothing changed! Not recommend!

Expensive ( quoted us over 3000) and didn't do a consult. We ended up receiving a free consult with another company, and they gave us a money back guarantee for 120 days if anything was found. (They specifically mentioned other treatments if necessary) Arrow Pest Service did not offer any of these; told me what I needed without looking at the house at all. I am all for paying for a service that will actually be of quality and gets the job done. Arrow pest service just wanted the money.

Be careful when you contact Arrow for lawn care. Mac will sell you the world but not deliver without additional cost. I started with a contract to do total lawn care with the shrubs included but insisted on having an exit clause at no additional cost added in case I was not satisfied. 5 months later I can tell you that not satisfied would be an understatement. I went from a green bermuda grass yard to a completely brown dead lawn. Watering schedule didn't change and in fact we are having a very wet summer. The only thing that changed was adding Arrow to maintain my lawn fertilization and pest control. I now have a dead lawn except for the torpedo grass that was added free of charge by Arrow (and they want an additional $75 to treat that with marginal expectations to kill it). Now, add in two conversations with Mac (the owner) that were completely counterproductive and I have had enough. Ironically after the first conversation with Mac where I voiced my displeasure that they want extra money to treat everything that showed up in my yard I start to see my grass browning. 60 days and two lawn care visits later I am being told that I am not watering my yard enough. So, in their eyes it's my fault that my grass is dead. And I remind you that my sprinkler system ran on a regular basis and we have had daily rain all summer long...... So all of that to say IF you want them in your yard be sure to get in writing that you can cancel their service without additional cost to you or you'll be sorry.

Our Technician responded to a call regarding the lawn was turning brown and Immediately upon arrival we checked the moisture content of the lawn and found it to be VERY dry, even in the shade. We investigated further and found the sprinkler system had been turned off and sprinkler heads were damaged. Grass can not survive without water in 100 degree temp.<br><br>The Home owner also bought some heribicide on the internet to spray on his lawn to kill torpedo grass, with it being extremely hot outside the combonation of NO water and this heribicide will certainly cause the lawn to turn brown.<br><br>I tried to offer a remedy to the problem ( at NO Charge) but he started using profanity and wanted it fixed within 30 days and when I told him that was unrealistic he told me to get the "BEEP" (insert Cuss word) off his property.<br><br>I'm very sorry this happened and I tried my BEST to resolve the situation. We take GREAT pride in our work and Always go above and beyond the call of duty.
Called and they were prompyas promised. 3 weeks later I had ore roaches than I had ever had. Calle them they said ther were be change and low and below they were was a change. I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL.

TOTALLY DESTROYED MY LAWN, NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN! MET WITH OWNER WHO PROMISED THAT HE WOULD TREAT A SPECIFIC WEED TAKING OVER MY LAWN, THE WEED IS AS HEARTY AS EVER AND NOW CRAB GRASS HAS STARTED AND NOT ADDRESSED., THEY MAY BE A GOOD BUG COMPANY BUT HORRIBLE ON LAWNS!!!

I'm very sorry you are unhappy with your Lawn. We gave you several FREE Treatments that went above and beyond your basic service agreement, but when you don't water your lawn in triple digit temperatures in the summer (which we have documented for SEVERAL months) and cut your lawn on a regular basis, there are no amount of chemicals that can correct that kind of abuse. Grass NEEDS water or it will die. Thank You!
Arrow pest control burned my lawn and refused to accept responsibility. I called another lawn service and they confirmed the lawn was burned by "hot" chemicals. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Arrow still refused to own up to the damage they caused my lawn.

We have been treating Mr. Hick's lawn since September 2015. We only received one complaint from Mr Hick's this entire time. We promptly responded by sending our lawn supervisor with 15 years experience out to evaluate the issue. The browning of his grass was not caused by any application WE made. We do not use ANY products that would damage our lawns. There are many variables that can cause this to happen that are out of our control such as irrigation, mowing, and extra chemicals applied by the homeowner. We have been in business in bay county since 1977 and WE are a company of integrity and honesty. We appreciate every single one of our customers and we go above and beyond to make them happy.
