Det from Terminix was outstanding! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He showed up on time, was very thorough, and made sure all my concerns were addressed before he left. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and providing great customer service. I feel much more confident knowing Det is handling our pest control. Highly recommend him and Terminix!

My Terminx guy (Det) is awesome. Very thorough. I use to have bad ant issues around the house and garage. He’s got that squared away. I appreciate the night before Det will send out a text letting us know when he will arrive and ask of any issues that may need his attention. I appreciate that!
