Josean Velez (the individual that treated my home) was great. What was not great is the person the day prior calling me saying there was no contract. Upon completion of my home, I was made to sign an agreement (12 month contract) which I cancelled immediately. When speaking to customer service about cancellation she tried to change the rate of my treatment to a “one time application” which would have driven up the cost by almost double. Luckily my treatment was already paid for. Shady business p
