I am disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. When dealing with an active situation at your home, you expect clear updates and follow-through. The installation process also took several attempts before the bait station was placed properly. During the most recent visit in November (it is now March 10th), I was told they would be checking every bait station. That did not happen. The technician left without saying anything, even though I had specifically asked to be notified

The gentleman I talked with on the phone was very helpful. He was thorough in his questions and after telling me they couldn't service the problem I had, he explained to me in detail the reasons and conditions that were causing my problem and suggested a different company that would be able to help me. Outstanding customer service, knowing they wouldn't be making a sale.
