Set up appointment for them to come out and start service monthly. Took a day off to be there for them only for no one to come. Called to see if someone was coming out and was told my appointment was rescheduled for next week. I didn’t receive a call or email about anything with a reschedule. While on the phone I was told they was sending the manager an email and did Saturday work for me since I told them I couldn’t take off next week for the rescheduled appointment that they randomly scheduled.

I spent 45+ min on the phone setting up my account with them this week, with service scheduled for Saturday. I signed up for the termite & pest control bundle and was quoted $66.67/mo with a $143 set up fee. The day of treatment I get a call that my account wasn’t set up correctly and it will actually be $120/mo vs. $66.67/mo. The $66.67/mo is supposed to be the pricing for year 2.
