Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT reach out to this company. I called for a consultation and "Patrick" was so rude on the phone, very unhelpful and didn't want to answer any questions. He eventually hung up the phone and blocked my cell. without a doubt the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. You've been warned.

I engaged the services of Wildlife Removal Services to address a rat heard crawling around in my attic. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Initially, there was promptness in scheduling the appointment, and I appreciated the timely arrival. However, despite multiple visits and significant financial investment exceeding $600, the issue persisted unresolved for over a month. Communication with Patrick became increasingly challenging as the problem persisted. I expressed concerns about the ongoing sounds of a rat still being heard, but instead of constructive solutions, I encountered defensiveness and unprofessional conduct. At one point, I was threatened with legal action over expressing my dissatisfaction, which only added to the frustration of an already stressful situation. In summary, while I had hoped for effective extermination services and clear communication, my experience fell short of expectations. I would caution others considering this business for pest control services to thoroughly evaluate their options and consider alternative providers.

Advertised as 24 hours service. I called yesterday for raccoon removal, a live operator answered and said someone will call you shortly. Till today no one called back.

Awful customer service. I called to inquire about removing a fox from our neighborhood and his response was I’m not interested, too hard, call someone else.

I had an iguana in my pool area for a few days. I am new to Florida and called this place because they got very good reviews. I called and asked what I should do and the man said “ idk maybe call a place that wants to deal with removing one iguana, we don’t do just one” very unprofessional and rude. Going by the reviews I was hoping for more of help considering I have 4 dogs who could possibly be harmed by this huge iguana who will not leave our property. Wish me luck!!

We had a squirrel problem, and this team was quick to respond, arriving the next day and successfully removing the animal. They also made some excellent recommendations to protect our roofing from future concerns. Thank you for your excellent service and prompt answer!

Patrick and Tyler are the best. It's hard to find great service providers in Boca and these guys are nice, responsive and professional. I had a few black snakes on my property and they removed them all. The latest of which was done within less than an hour of me calling them after 7pm on a weekday. Highly recommend.

Thank god for wildlife removal services, I don't know many companies that would arrive in under an hour, but the snake that was in my shower had nowhere to be fast. I will certainly recommend Patrick and his team if I need to get rid of wildlife.

I had been hearing scratching from what I believed was my roof for months, but when Patrick finally came out, he discovered a hole above my gutters that led right into my attic. For a few days, they sealed the opening and kept an eye on my attic. It didn't get back in, whatever it was! Thank you again for being so meticulous.

These guys are scam artists! They tell you there is a cost of $179 and they leave the trap for a week and come get them after and take the animal away. They never tell you that when they actually catch an animal it is another $179 plus $85 to to move the traps! So he caught a possum, told us it may not be the animal, charged additional $179. Scam! Get another company

Patrick was the most rudest person I have ever spoke to. His lack of professionalism and customer service stills should put him out of business. He may know his job but treating people kindly and with respect is worth more to me. I would run from this guy !!!

I called to get an estimate where I had the person who picked up hang up on me because he could not speak properly. I clearly was asking him to do one thing and he kept saying he dosn't have time to do another thing. It is not like he is doing this for free I obviously have to pay him. He could at least have the decency to take time and listen to what problem i am facing so he can come fix it and get paid.

Worst service ever! Mr Barry didnt even go into the attic. No Invoice was provided for the service and when we asked for a copy we were told that he doesnt keep copies. We were charged $194 MORE than quoted and when we asked if he was coming to remove the dead rats Mr Barry said "Can't your husband do that, otherwise, I will have to charge you more for that" WORST SERVICE EVER!
