I am a South Florida Dermatologist and needed a lice screening for my 3 daughters before they head off to camp and travel programs. Amy (the owner/founder) was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Debbie who was the lice technician who came was timely, very professional, awesome with the girls and very thorough. From start to finish, this was seamless and amazing. I highly recommend Louse Calls!

I would 100% recommend this service. I discovered lice on Sunday night and reached out. They responded immediately and scheduled for first thing Monday mornings. Our technician, Sue, arrived on time and was kind, patient and thorough. I would have never survived this without her. I hope I never need this service again but if I do, they will be my first call.

We had an exceptional experience with Lousecalls I don’t even know what I would have done without them. The issue was solved once and for all after they visited my house. I have a few kids with curly hair as well. I first tried to do it on my own, which was so much work and didn’t even work. So I’m So greatful I was recommended this company by the school. They cleared my whole family after the one session that was so very worth it. Also, the owner let me bother her with any question I had from the beginning until the end. I appreciate outstanding customer service, annd excellence in service. Otherwise I don’t bother to give reviews. I literally don’t know what I would do without them. Such hectic draining work to do by yourself

Amy on the phone was very friendly and informative. Fatima was the one who came to check my head for me. She was super nice and helpful. I even bought one of the combs! Will definitely call again if I have a lice problem again! (Hopefully not too soon though lol)

She was also extremely thorough, willing to teach me everything I needed to know about lice, treatment, and prevention care.
