Great service from Lucas. He even came back and re sprayed the car just to be safe and even emptied stuff out of the car for me so I didn’t have to lol. Thanks for the outstanding service 😁
I had a great experience with Optimum Pest Control. Their response time was quick, and they were very friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. They made scheduling easy and took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and professional pest control service!
The communication with this company is top notch. They’re detailed on what they’re going to do plus they show up so quickly.
We paid $1100. We didnt' realize that we were also getting a $50 a month plan. They present this to you on a small device and not paperwork handed to you. So my husband was upset when they came and put boxes outside of the house to charge $50 a month So he called to have them remove them since our HOA provides that service, I even showed the guy when he came to get his boxes that were almost right next the ones from the HOA. The owner says my husband yelled at her. She says he said he wanted to cancel the service that came with the $1100 contract that was shown on the contract BEFORE there is an OPTION to add bait stations for a charge of $50 a month. I thought, then we should be getting some money back she says no he cancelled the 1 year of warranty service that came with the $1100 contract. It was almost idiotic. She was trying to say we paid in full but wanted to cancel the warranty that was written into the contract. They just didn't want to come out anymore because we didn't want the $50 a month service or use them for pest control. I said; but you've been here 2 or 3 times since that incident when he supposedly yelled and cancelled, she says she was just doing us a favor but now it's cancelled. I was extremely nice, tried to reason with her, how could that make sense to anyone. Scammers. I referred someone else to them before this happened but I see they aren't using them anymore either. 2/23/2026 Thanks for your feedback but google did allow me to attach something and in our several conversations you never mentioned this email. I have never emailed you anything. If my husband emailed you, you didn't mention that either. I personally never received an email from you ever. You actually did mention dates for conversations that you personally had with him, not me, but never mentioned an email either way I tried to explain he was talking about the bait stations, that was the service that we did not want. The other service was already complete and the contract is written to imply the warranty was for the intrusion. I am the only one home when they came to my house. I was NEVER once rude to anyone who came here. I had them give me cards to give my neighbors and even referred one and she used your service. They thanked me and I would say hello to them everytime I saw them on the street. That is a bold faced lie. I was never anything but kind to your employees. I told you and showed your employee that there are and were bait stations outside. No where does it say our warranty would be voided if we didn't use your bait stations. You only told me on the phone after you refused to come back out. But again, Thanks for the feedback! I'm not going to reply again. We live in the same area, we run our businesses out of the same building. The way you treat people and your nieghboring small business owners is awful. That is all.

We want to clarify several important details so there is a complete and accurate understanding of the situation.<br><br>The agreement you shared publicly outlines the full scope of service, including exterior rodent bait station monitoring at $50 every other month. This monitoring provides an active exterior protective barrier, which is especially important in a multi-family/townhome (your home) environment where rodent activity can originate from adjacent units and shared structural areas.<br><br>From the beginning, we communicated that rodent issues in attached housing are rarely eliminated all at once and that continuous trapping and monitoring would be necessary. Your service included a one-year warranty, and that warranty covers us returning as often as needed to address activity related to areas we sealed. While you had active rodents in our home, our team checked the property every other day to actively manage the rodent activity and support the work performed.<br><br>When you requested removal of the exterior bait stations, we explained that doing so would void the warranty because we would no longer have an exterior barrier helping prevent rodents from re-entering. This protection is especially critical in non-single-family homes. Despite this explanation, the monitoring service was canceled.<br><br>Unfortunately, Google does not allow businesses to post images in review responses, so for transparency we are quoting directly from the email you sent us on September 4, 2025. In that message you stated: *“I do not want your service… I do not want your people coming to my house….”* <br><br>Even after receiving that message, we responded the same day confirming that we stand behind our work, that your service remained covered by warranty, and that we were willing to continue servicing the property and addressing any rodent activity. We did not receive any reply after that.<br><br>During this process, our staff also experienced multiple disrespectful interactions while attempting to explain service and warranty conditions. We do not tolerate mistreatment of our employees, especially when they are trying to help resolve an ongoing issue.<br><br>To summarize: the exterior monitoring necessary to maintain warranty protection was canceled, we were instructed in writing not to return to the property, and despite that, we still offered to continue servicing: but received no response.<br><br>We stand behind the quality of our work and remain committed to professional, transparent service. Johnathan is always super helpful and flexible with what we need. We have tried so many other pest control businesses but this has been the most effective. Thanks for the great service!
This place has shady business practices. I signed a contract for maintenance pest control service. They do not confirm availability with you, just send an email and a technician who sends a message when he’s on his way, as if you don’t have a job or prior commitments. If you tell the technician you’re not able or willing to proceed with services that day, the office will instruct their technician to ignore you and proceed anyway. This tactic allows them to charge you full price for only completing the exterior spray of the home. I work in the service industry, no matter what if a customer tells me they aren’t available that day and wish to reschedule, I’m going to reschedule. I’m certainly not going to provide the service anyway and then throw the contract terms at the customer. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The bottom line is they just want to charge your card that $120 every other month for half the service.., if they were listed on any other platforms like a legitimate company, I’d leave reviews there also. Unfortunately, they only listing they have is Google, where fake 5 star reviews are easiest to post…

Hi Lisa! We take feedback seriously and it is the only way our company can improve. I would like to take the time to clear up a few misunderstandings.<br><br>When service is started with us, the service schedule is chosen by the the office and confirmed with the customer. Additionally, we also send email reminders 5 days and 3 days prior to each visit, which were opened. Our service agreement explains that recurring pest control includes exterior service every other month, with interior treatment done AS NEEDED ONLY. If services need to be rescheduled we are happy to accommodate prior to our techs arrival.<br><br>Exterior service does not require the homeowner to be present and is an important part of preventing pests from getting inside in the first place. For that reason, when our technician arrived as scheduled, the exterior portion of the service was completed, following the agreement. If interior service is ever needed, we are always happy to come back at the customer’s convenience.<br><br>Our technician did travel to the property and complete the scheduled exterior treatment using company time, labor, and materials. At the time of this review, the service performed has not been paid, yet a public review has been posted describing our company as having "POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES". In reality, the exterior service was completed as agreed, meaning the customer effectively received service without payment while leaving a negative review.<br><br>Lastly, all of our reviews come from real customers who chose to leave feedback on their own. Optimum Pest Control did an awesome job at my house, highly recommended
We were having the condo (that we just purchased without ever being there) sprayed for pests ahead of our arrival. Optimum was attentive and friendly and happy to come when we needed them without insisting on a service plan . On arrival, Johnathan called to let me know that the front door lock was stuck . He managed to get in and also sprayed our lock thoroughly and assured us we wouldn’t have that problem in future. Where do you find that kind of thoughtfulness?

Optimum has been taking care of my property for the past couple of years, and their service has always been excellent. Communication is clear and consistent, both before and after the work is done. Billing is straightforward and automatic, which makes the process simple. They’ve even gone out for extra visits at no additional cost when requested. Truly a 5-star service. Highly recommend! We called optimum pest control for an assessment of an atic critter problem. Chris came out walked the entire property and roof, took pics of a possible entrance for the critters. Speaking to him was extremely professional. In detail explaining possible scenarios of how the critters were getting in. We had another company that couldn't identify anything but this fellow Chris was on spot. We were extremely impressed with his ability to take his time and find the possible entry to our problem. As far as pricing by the company they were a bit high so thats why the 4 star. So if you call this company ask for this fellow Chris to come out for the assessment he is very well trained in his job, detailed and thorough!

We had a very bad experience with this company. They offered a two stage procedure to get rid of cockroaches and ants. The payment method was discussed as within thirty days after the first stage of work. All papers were signed with the same terms and conditions. On the day of the first stage work we received the invoice with the discussed terms of payment. Actually, they charged us twice more and said it was made by mistake. Next day after the first stage work we received a very rude call from their owner with a demand of payment "right here and right now." All arguments about our agreement in writing did not work for him and he refused to finish his job with us. Regarding the quality of work: the boy didn't come at arranged time, the cockroach poison they put in the house didn't work at least after the first stage of work. We do not recommend this company for use.
