Have had this service for awhile. Not sure when the quality declined but definitely not a company I’m keeping. Had a few roach sightings a week or two after a service and it took them a week to get someone out. When the guy got here he sprayed only in the small corner where I saw the roaches and then left. On their last scheduled visit they were 2+ hours late. The guy knocks on the door and asks if the issues were continuing. When we said no his reply was, he was going to do the outside. We figu

Enviro safe was the best. Used them for years. They sold company, now awful. They used to use bait traps, bugs gone! Now they only spray saying traps are dangerous. Well spraying gets rid of problems for a week! Used to be a small business, great customer service, now robots answer, you state your issue and they act like they don’t understand human English. Skip this company. I canceled my contract after years. That great rating is based on reviews from when company was owned by someone else.

Raul did a good job but there was a scheduling issue again! I was told he would be here 2:30-3:30. He arrived at 5 telling me that he was told 5-6 pm. I had plans at 5 which I knew about when I made the appointment. Scheduling has been a pervasive problem since January this year.
