Ian is a gem. I had a pipe burst and was using one of the bigger pest control companies. We had an emergency roach situation on a Thursday. I spent an hour on the phone for them to tell me the best they could do was Monday morning! I Called “Absolute Finest” and Ian came out within the hour. Took care of everything. Canceled my other pest control and never looked back. Text about an Ant problem last night and they were here this morning. Always pleasant, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend.

I called Ian when I had a sudden ant invasion. My condo has an exterminator..but I feel like they just spray who knows what around and are out the door. I have a dog..and am always concerned with what type of products they use. Ian said..I will never do anything to hurt your dog. He took care of not only the inside..but outside as well! Ants gone..and I mean they were everywhere from my condo landscapers spraying outside. He came again today..as I suspected termites in a cabinet. He looked over the whole house, not just the main area I called him for. He’s a great guy! Personable, informative and very responsive! You call him he comes. If you have a question..you text him. He is my exterminator now..I actually call him the terminator. I recommend him highly!

Had a bad insect issue for many years. Kept trying to figure out the cause and treat it myself. Ian, on the first visit, found a nest in one of the hurricane shutters and was able to immediately eliminate the issue almost entirely. Called him back a month or so later and he came by immediately and treated the home again. Very happy with his services!

I reached out to Absolute Finest Pest Control after 6pm on a Monday about an ant infestation in my car, including my infant’s car seat. Every company I called said they couldn’t come until the next day, but Ian picked up the phone — even though he was done for the day — and offered to come by later that evening around 9:30pm. He showed up on time, was efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. He also took the time to answer all my questions. As someone who’s phobic of bugs, I was especially relieved to have the situation handled that same night. Great service. Life-saver. Highly recommended!

He was great the first time, and he did get rid of my bugs, but every time he showed up he badgered me about giving him a 5 star review and gave me attitude when I wouldn't review him. The only reason he has a 5 star review is because he badgers every client to give him one. When trying to schedule a time for him to come, he complained because I work full time and wanted to come in the middle of the day. The only time I was able to schedule to be home was on Friday afternoon. Last week he scheduled to be here on Friday at 4:00pm, so I left work early to get home in time for him to come. When I contacted him at 4:15 to find out where he was he told me he had an emeregency and wasn't going to be be able to come for at least an hour. He never texted to me to let me know he was going to be late, but waited till I texted him. This week he told me he would be here at 3:30-4:45. I againe left work early & he again tried showing up late and then complained when there was a problem at the gate. He did get rid of my bugs, so I will say that if you are very flexable with your time and can work on his schedule, then you should use him. Just be prepared to give him a 5 star review because he will insist on it every time he shows up.

We finally have peace of mind and an ant-free home. We have a few pets and their food always attracts ants. Ian came out, checked to see what kind of ants we had and sprayed accordingly. No smell and no sticky residue. We greatly appreciate Ian's professionalism, punctuality, and competitive pricing. We highly recommend Ian and America's Finest Pest Control!
