I’m leaving this review based off of the solution they had for an issue that they caused, we had our garage floor epoxy being done, and the technician always will ask before he enters a different room every visit nothing changed this time he unlocked the garage door himself and did not mention he was going into a different room(as they always do) in the house and not only took one step but multiple steps on the wet apoxy garage floor. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. So my husband was getting out of work at PetSmart in Boynton Beach and one of the workers here rear ended our car. Three cars were stopped to let my husband go and the light was also red and when he went he just felt the impact because the guy was speeding and decided to not stop for the light. Well they company arrow Exterminators has bought out tropical pest management. A Very sad change there customers service isn’t the same rep that I spoke to was new(which is fine) kept putting ting me on hold to ask some one else for the accurate information. I was finally told the bed bug inspection would be done later this week and I was fine with that. After getting off the phone with the rep I was called back immediately and was told the inspection is 250$! I was shocked I have been using tro
