I’ve had Trapper John come out twice in four months and it’s not the fault of theirs. It’s just honestly my bad luck but they’ve been awesome each time and even when they had issues on their end and they always made it right so don’t hesitate to hire them. they will always do right by you.

It's been nearly 2 years I hired Trapper John and I still have problems. I have experienced high pressure sales, Warranty disputes and aggressive phone conduct from Scott management. Approximately 3 weeks ago I explained to Scott there was noises coming from attic. He said he would send someone to check and that someone never came. Today after 3 weeks Scott once again became aggressive and didn't want to send a technician to check. I feel I have lost nearly $2,000 and for nothing. I will not recommend this company to no one. Bad experience.

I can’t explain the relief I feel not having to be scared for myself and my animals every time I step outside. When I called Trapper John initially, it was just over a year ago and it was to address a scratching sound that my kids report reported hearing in the attic above their playroom.
