Excellent!! They took out 9 trees, ground the stumps etc. All debris was removed and the workers couldn't have been nicer. I dealt mostly with Juan and he was a pleasure to work with. I have more work to be done and will definitely use FLORIDA'S BEST LAWN AND PEST.

I went years struggling with keeping my lawn and yard looking healthy but nobody seemed to be able to do it. Finally I found these guys. Patrick came out took one look and knew exactly what to do. I've been using these guys for a while now and will never switch. These guys really know what they are doing. I highly recommend you give them a call.

I do not recommend. My lawn still looks terrible. Response to their response: my lawn never looked good. I went on their website to try and pay my balance and they had zero'd out my account not allowing me to actually make a payment with no warning and then just sent me to collections, which is a separate issue. A company that just sends you to collections after such a short time, is not someone I would use anyway, messing up my credit over $400 that would have been paid by now had they not zero'd out the account for no reason. Despite that, my lawn has never looked good, they had been servicing it for a year already and my grass still looks terrible, its not like it just suddenly looks terrible... I see others have had the same experience.

Excellent pest control service! They were fast, effective, and explained what they were doing at every step. We haven’t seen a single bug in weeks, and it’s such a relief, especially with kids and pets around.

We were dealing with brown patches and weeds taking over the grass. After hiring this company, our lawn is now thick, lush, and weed-free. Their technicians are always on time and very professional.

After a new landscape installation our ligustrum trees started to die. The landscape installer said it was due to lack of water. After months of back and forth we called Best Lawn and Pest. They showed us the trees had a fungus that happens with this type of tree. They have been spraying our landscape monthly ever since and everything has turned around to a beautiful landscaped yard. I recommend them without hesitation.

I was having a bad Millipede issue in my yard, and they kept finding their way into my house. I talked to Pat on the phone and he sent out one of his very knowledgeable technicians, Randy. Randy located the source of the problem very quickly. He sprayed down the problem areas, and I haven’t seen any millipedes since. Very prompt and affordable service

Floridas Best is hands down the best company I have dealt with. The Customer Service from Patrick Quinn and Matthew Rosen and the others has been extremely professional and very informative. I have recommended them to many colleagues and friends.

This company has the worst service. Extremely unreliable and very poor communication. The Sales Rep, Juan, promises anything you want, but he doesn't communicate this to the main office. You can't talk with anyone from the main office, the machine directs you to email them. I contracted for weeding and trimming only, I never got info as to when anyone was going to show up, but suddenly someone came and mowed my lawn. My HOA mows my lawn that I pay for and I didn't contract for this. I called Juan and he started arguing with me saying that wasn't true. He then said he'd call the office. Took a day to get back with me and he apologized. Took 2 more weeks for a crew to come out to do the other maintenance work and didn't know to do the weeds in my back patio which was contracted. Juan assured me all was good ongoing. Invoicing was wrong and had to get this corrected. Contracted for 1x/month. Juan said they'd show 3rd week every month, which is when they came in August and I would be alerted the day prior to them coming. September came and went, no service, no communication. I called Juan and he mumbled something and hung up. I waited a day to Sept 30. No communication. I cancelled.

This company has provided multiple services for me. Some major landscape projects which came out good and other monthly maintenance on a couple of my properties. On one of my properties I've brought up multiple times that the lawn was getting tall in between cuts. And they insured me they were cutting it twice a month and suggested to cut it 3 times a month. I didn't understand how it could be getting so long in between cuts. I took their word for it because they were cutting another one of my properties with no issues. After the last couple times it just didn't make sense to me anymore. So i personally drove by this property every single day before bringing it up again and they hadn't cut it once. When I brought this up to Matt, failed to find any resolution and just wanted to get frustrated with me like im looking for some gotcha moment. All I was looking for was to get my grass cut regularly. Other owner Patrick tells me that they cut on the 16th ( two weeks after my last complaint) which isn't true. I explained that i drove by every single day and he just said ''well we have gps'' obviously something isn't adding up. Either someone is lying or there's some miscommunication with your employees. I'll chalk it up to miscommunication. Either way the way this was handled towards the end I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone using them. I've spent over 10k in lawn projects with them so I can only imagine how they handle other clients.

I have used this company for almost two years. Today they came to spray the lawn and all the shrubs and they used a spray can instead of the hose from the truck. I asked why, and the man told me because of all my landscaping. I told him this landscaping has been here all along, why now. He would not use the hose from the truck. So I called the office and spoke with Pat and he told me he would have to talk to his partner. I said to Pat that please have the man come back and spray the same way that you have always done for the past couple of years and if he does not come back then please cancel my service and do not charge me for today service. I told him that it was not what I contracted for and always had. Well, he called me back and said the man is not coming back to my home so I told him that I will no longer need his service. To me that is poor customer service. They all start off great in the beginning and then they fizzle out. I have never in my life come across companies like I have here in Florida that could care less for your business. From me all my neighbors use this company and I will tell them my experience. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE…….

Their sprinkler crew came out & did a great job bringing our broken, leaky 1988 system into the modern times. We talked about the plans I have for future landscaping & hardscaping so they set up the sprinklers to cover only where we needed watering including cutting out the entire zone where we have astroturf. We are very satisfied with the crew, the job performed & the price quoted. Definitely recommend.

My grass struggled with weeds for a long time. I tried to fix myself multiple times but could not get rid of the weeds. Called Florida's Best and the weeds were completely gone in 2 weeks. The yard looks great now, thanks guys!
