The problem turned out to be a nesting area behind our kitchen appliances, which they addressed effectively by sealing entry points and setting traps. However, it would have been better if the technician provided more information on preventative measures during their first visit rather than waiting for follow-up.

Unlike a previous contractor who struggled to identify the problem, this company quickly pinpointed the source of our flea and mite issue and wrapped up in about an hour. They also provided clear instructions for aftercare, which was appreciated.

Compared to another service we considered, this one addressed our persistent ant problem more thoroughly by identifying and treating the hidden nest under the patio. The technician was here for about an hour and explained each step of his process, which we've found reassuring after previous attempts elsewhere didn't resolve the issue.

Jim was the best technician I have seen in the last 10 years. He explained what he was going to do and asked if there was anything we wanted him to pay special attention to.

They provide excellent preventative care. No problems since they began.

These guys have helped me adapt from the cold Northeast where we don’t deal with bugs etc indoors. Too hot and sunny Florida! They are on time every month, very reasonably priced. Best of all, if in between monthly visits you see something or are concerned..BAM!! They are there that day, latest the next morning. I’ve only had to use that service 2 times. Both times it had nothing to do with there treatment plan. I had purchased a few indoor plants for the house and they ended up having tiny gnats… the owner came out, figured out where the problem was coming from.. treated the plant safely as to not harm it…and off he went. He explained everything he was going to do with me over the phone before doing anything. Left me with instructions and a whopping bill totaling $0.00!!! Visits in between your monthly service are included in the monthly plan you pay for!! I couldn’t believe it! Old school business, sticking with great customer service, honesty, commitment to top notch service every time, charging an extremely fair (in my opinion, much to low.) price. Just quality people providing quality service!!! Can’t say enough good things. The woman in the office always answer the phone chipper and happy! Technicians take there time, will answer any questions you might have. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Had problems with your driver trying to wreck me a while back. Now just seen the Volusia sheriff's office post. People trust you around their families. Very sad
