Initial treatment completely not effective and gave a 6-month written warranty stating 100% satisfaction James and Leroy have made five scheduled appointments that they have not shown for nor did they respond to texts or calls. This is false and misleading advertising they do not honor their 6-month written warranty nor do they respond or show for appointments and are highly unprofessional

Sadly, I've had a bad experience with IPM. The first tech who came, Larry, was professional, pleasant, clean cut, and communicative. When the second tech, Karl, came, he didn't know what he was there for. He said the office didn't tell him. He didn't know if he was looking for termites or wasps, or whatever. To start, Karl did NOT introduce himself or communicate the scope of his work. Nor did he put on, or even offer to put on shoe protectors. The only question he asked (and he grunted it), was "Where is it?". Once we were on the balcony (for termites), Karl was visibly frustrated that we had cleaned up the debris and didn't have any pictures. Larry already inspected and took pictures of the debris during the first visit. I asked Karl for the office phone number so I could find out what happened. Karl absolutely REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE OFFICE, saying he was going to call them. I asked him at least 4 times for the phone number and he refused every time. This was the nail in the coffin reason for this negative review. He called the office but I didn't listen to the conversation. Karl then asked me for a step ladder which I gave him. I wondered if he had actually brought his own since my step ladder has 3 steps only. Eventually, he came to me and said (unsurprisingly) that he would need to get his (full-size) ladder from his truck. A technician should NOT be asking the homeowner for a ladder, which might be broken and he might fall off so OSHA violation, homeowner liability??? Right now, Karl is on his ladder treating something by drilling into the wall, but hasn't communicated what he's found, what he's going to do about it, and what's going to happen next. The company should be proud of, and recognize Larry for his outstanding service, and have him teach the other techs what an in-home service visit SHOULD look like!

I have been with IPM for 8 years now, great service, I really enjoy seeing Bob every time, he is amazing.

Mass posioning please email me a list of these chemicals otherwise I am going to the state...they spray posion with a water pressure hose as if life shouldn't exist in the world ...sloppy all over even the side walks ... I wish I could upload videos and images

These folks will keep your plants green and the bug damage to a minumum. They use just the right amount of products and no more. In addtion, the selection of the right pest managment is important. The chemicals and devices they use must applied by true professionals. The saftey of my family and community is most important and IPM Boca know their stuff. If you want things done right for the right price, give them a call. We are very happy with their service.

I have been a customer of IMP for many years and would not trust anyone else. They are always understanding of any problem I may have and are there usually the same day. I have a monthly program but if I ever have a problem they are there to handle it. I can't say enough for the professionalism and personal touch they provide. I would recommend IPM to anyone!

I was so upset when I found out my family's beautiful wood desk had termites. I called another company that told me the most they could do is spray some killer on the desk. Tried it and the termites came back. IPM took my desk to a fumigation chamber and I haven't seen a termite since! Mr. Guzy was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me. I will be going to them for all my future pest controller problems.

IPM Pest Control did a fantastic job in controlling my rodent problem!!! Before IPM, I called two other companies, both which did not work. Since IPM, I have not had one rodent problem in my house.
